The Ultimate Guide to Conquering Mayausiy Shrine in Zelda

Just like in Breath of the Wild, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom offers an open-world adventure style of gameplay. Shrines play an integral part in the game and are essentially mini-dungeons that can be completed quickly. There are over 150 shrines to be found and completed in Tears of the Kingdom. Completing shrines is crucial as it is how players can gain additional health and stamina. Some shrines are easily accessible, while others are well-hidden. The Mayausiy Shrine can be found within the depths of the Forgotten Temple, requiring players to navigate through packs of dangerous Bokoblins. To reach the shrine, players will need to make their way to the room just before the one containing the large broken pillar. It is important to come prepared with sufficient weapons and arrows to take on the enemies encountered along the way. The coordinates for the Mayausiy Shrine are -1165, 2602, -0083.

For the Mayausiy Shrine, players must utilize the Ultrahand ability to conquer the puzzles that lie ahead. Upon entering the first room, there will be two objects, one on the left and one on the right.

Players can use Ultrahand to pick up the pieces next to the object on the right and match it with the one on the left. The two pieces should be rotated and moved in the order shown in the images above. Once the correct placement is achieved, the door to the next chamber will automatically open. It is not necessary to fuse the blocks together as they will do so automatically upon correct positioning.

Proceed forward and enter the chamber where you'll encounter a single Construct. It's recommended to use arrows to stun the Construct as it will try to use the nearby Flame Emitter as a weapon. After defeating the Construct, move on to the next puzzle.

The next puzzle requires players to match the structure on the left with the incomplete structure on the right. However, this time, players must use three pieces instead of two to complete the task.

Grab two of the blocks and use them to reach the platform located in the upper right corner of the room before beginning the puzzle. On this platform, you'll discover a chest that holds a valuable Large Zonai Charge.
