Jennifer Pedranti and Ryan Boyajian's relationship has raised concerns among her co-stars on the Real Housewives of Orange County this season. Now, Emily Simpson is chiming in with her opinion.
"I can't even express how much he stands out. It's like he's a glowing neon flag. There are just so many red flags," Emily, 47, exclusively told We on Tuesday, July 25.
Jennifer and Ryan, both 46, have been in a romantic relationship for the past two years and currently reside together. Despite their apparent happiness, the members of the RHOC cast have expressed skepticism. The women criticized the couple, claiming that their relationship began before Jennifer ended her marriage with William Pedranti in 2021. Tamra Judge even directly accused Ryan of being unfaithful.
Tamra, 55, alleged on the July 5 episode, "He has a reputation for being promiscuous. A friend of mine once recounted an incident where he walked into my [CUT Fitness] gym, pointed at me, and said, 'I'm going to sleep with her.'"
While the claims remain unaddressed by both Jennifer and Ryan, Jennifer has strongly criticized Tamra for publicizing private matters concerning their relationship, as well as involving the entire cast in the situation.
Emily Simpson acknowledges that everyone is entitled to their own choices and opinions, including her co-star. However, she believes that being on the show requires them to be open and honest about their lives, allowing others to have opinions on it. Without this willingness to share, the show would become incredibly dull. Therefore, she feels that they are simply fulfilling their obligations by discussing and expressing their thoughts on each other's lives.
While Emily does concur with Jennifer’s assertion that Tamra tends to “turn it on” for the cameras, she isn’t sure whether her costars can mend their friendship.
On Tuesday, Emily expressed uncertainty about the situation, stating that she believes there has been significant harm done. Additionally, she acknowledged Tamra's firm stance against dishonesty and mentioned Jen's inclination to manipulate the truth to present a more favorable image for herself or Ryan. This dynamic poses a challenge when involved in a reality television program.
The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Bravo Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
