RHOC's Emily Simpson Boldly Discloses Ozempic Use: Her Inspiring Journey Unveiled

Jennifer Pedranti, a well-known fitness expert and star of Real Housewives of Orange County, refrains from passing judgment on others' health routines, including those involving the use of Ozempic.

When asked about her fellow cast member Emily Simpson's recent disclosure of using Ozempic for weight loss, Jennifer had nothing but praise. In an exclusive interview with We on July 27, she stated, "Listen, she took ownership of it. I understand that people can be quite critical about it. But I believe that women should do what brings them joy and confidence. Just look at how Emily has transformed herself now."

Jennifer observed that Emily, who is 47 years old, complements her weight loss medication with regular exercise. "I frequently see her at the gym," Jennifer informed Us. "Whenever I'm there, she is too, working extremely hard. So, I understand why she decided to give it a try."

Addressing a comment made on Instagram last month, Emily defended herself against the notion that she looked better before taking Ozempic and would regain her previous weight if she stopped using the drug. Emily countered, saying, "You're unfamiliar with who I am, and nothing will 'revert back' because my arms are well-developed from intense weightlifting every single day of the week."

Later on, Emily confessed on SiriusXM's Jeff Lewis Live that she briefly turned to the drug to jumpstart her weight loss journey. However, she discontinued its use after a short while due to feeling lethargic and low on energy.

Jennifer, on the other hand, is genuinely amazed and proud of Emily for finding a strategy that yielded results and sticking with it. "She is on fire," Jennifer expressed to Us. "She looks absolutely incredible."

Jennifer commended Emily for her dedication to exercise but was disappointed by Emily's unfavorable remarks about her boyfriend, Ryan Boyajian. In an exclusive interview with Us earlier this week, Emily described Ryan, 46, as a "walking neon flag." Jennifer, on the other hand, simply hopes that her friend will recall the scrutiny and gossip surrounding her own marriage to Shane Simpson.

Jennifer explained that she likes Emily and believes that there was a time when people were spreading rumors about Emily or Shane. However, when Jennifer met Emily, she found her to be lovingly talking about her husband and family. Jennifer never thought negatively about Shane because she was focused on getting to know Emily.

According to Jennifer, her own thoughts about Ryan hold more importance to her than any claims made by others. She stated that she has never felt more loved or prioritized in her life by Ryan. She described him as a great partner and feels it is unfortunate that people choose to listen to past gossip and use it to judge him.
