Jax Taylor is sharing details about his upcoming conversation with Tom Sandoval on Vanderpump Rules.

During the premiere party for Bravo’s The Valley on Thursday, March 14, at Jax’s Studio City, Taylor clarified that his discussion with Sandoval was not about cheating. According to Taylor, everyone on the show has cheated, so no one can claim moral superiority.

Sandoval’s affair with Raquel Leviss came to light in March 2023 when he and his girlfriend Ariana Madix broke up after almost ten years together. Taylor has openly discussed Sandoval's cheating on various occasions.

Taylor expressed his frustration with Sandoval's behavior following the revelation. He criticized Sandoval for not taking responsibility for his actions and instead shifting blame onto their mutual friend Tom Schwartz.

Following the success of Sandoval and Schwartz’s restaurant TomTom, the pair decided to open a bar called Schwartz & Sandy’s. After the public learned of Sandoval’s affair, Schwartz & Sandy’s faced a wave of negative Yelp reviews. Schwartz, 41, mentioned in April 2023 that the bar had been vandalized. (Earlier in January, Schwartz stated that Sandoval, 40, is now mainly a silent partner but still has financial involvement.)

Taylor commented on the situation, saying, “Because Tom Sandoval wasn’t around, his restaurant took a beating. He was dealing with family issues, and I just felt like, ‘Dude, why did you leave? You should have stayed in L.A. and acknowledged your mistake. Be there for your business partner, your best friend.’”

He expressed his concern about the situation where his friend and business partner was left behind. It was important for him to clarify that he doesn't care about who his friend cheats on.

Regarding his current relationship with Sandoval, Taylor mentioned that Sandoval has been visiting his bar and singing karaoke on Monday nights.

Taylor mentioned that everyone has made mistakes, particularly on Vanderpump Rules. He pointed out that there was an incident where he cheated on Ariana, but it has been a year now. Taylor feels that it's time to move on, especially since Ariana seems happy and is doing very well with her new boyfriend.

Madix, who is 38 years old, has moved on and is now dating fitness coach Daniel Wai.

Taylor urged everyone to shift their focus away from Scandoval and instead pay attention to a new show called The Valley. Premiering on Bravo on Tuesday, March 19 at 9 p.m. ET, the show will also be available for streaming on Peacock the following day.

Taylor's perspective underscores the importance of addressing wrongdoing and supporting those affected, especially in situations where professional and personal relationships overlap.

Furthermore, Taylor's call to move beyond the "Scandoval" saga and focus on new opportunities, such as the upcoming reality show The Valley, serves as a reminder that even amidst controversy, life continues. It is human nature to make mistakes, and while accountability is crucial, it is equally important to allow for growth and redemption. By shifting the attention towards fresh ventures, Taylor encourages viewers to embrace the possibility of personal evolution and the pursuit of new chapters.
