Andy Cohen's Shocking Response to Tom Sandoval's Controversial Comment About Ariana Madix

Andy Cohen explained the reason behind his strong reaction to Tom Sandoval's disparaging comments towards Ariana Madix for wearing a T-shirt during sex. The Bravo executive noted that he believed the remark would deeply offend many women due to their own body image insecurities. Cohen also revealed that he himself sometimes wears a T-shirt during sex.

According to The Most Talkative author, Ariana, who is 37 years old, has been vocal about her struggles with body image in the past. This makes her ex-boyfriend's hurtful comment even more egregious, as many people can relate to feeling insecure about their bodies. The TV producer discussed this with cohost John Hill, calling the use of Ariana's vulnerability as a weapon "cringey."

Ariana disclosed during the season 10 reunion's third part on June 7 that she had been intimate with Sandoval even after he had begun his affair with Raquel Leviss, their costar. Sandoval, one of the cofounders of Schwartz & Sandy's, responded with a humorous comment, saying that Ariana had kept her T-shirt on during the encounter despite the heat.

Lala Kent expressed her disapproval of Sandoval's comment by calling him a derogatory name on the show, while Ariana took matters into her own hands by creating a T-shirt with the message "F—k Me in This T-Shirt" which is being sold for $34.99 on the website of her and Katie Maloney's sandwich shop, Something About Her. Following the episode, Amy Schumer appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen and shared that she also usually has sex with a T-shirt on, giving her own take on Sandoval's comment.

Following the T-shirt comment, another major revelation in part 3 was an interview with Raquel, 28, where she confessed to lying about the timeline of her affair with Sandoval. Initially, they claimed to have had a one-night stand in August 2022 and only hooked up again after season 10's filming concluded. However, the former pageant queen disclosed on Wednesday that they had actually engaged in multiple sexual encounters during Scheana Shay's wedding week in Mexico.

"I believe in being honest," Raquel expressed to the camera. "I've realized that I've been dishonest and deceitful for too long, and I don't want to continue on that path. Despite the fact that the worst is already out there, I find myself still needing to fabricate certain details about timelines."
