As a Togruta, Ahsoka was brought into existence by Pav-ti and Nak-il on the planet Shili, situated in the Expansion Region of the vast galaxy.

Just as Grogu managed to calm Boba Fett's Rancor in The Book of Boba Fett, Ahsoka showcased her ability to form a bond with creatures through the Force when she intervened to halt a sabertooth raxshir on her home planet. It did not take long for Jedi Master Plo Koon to discover her talents. Thus, at the mere age of three, Ahsoka embarked on a journey with him in 33 BBY, venturing to Coruscant to receive training as a Jedi youngling.

Ahsoka underwent extensive training in the ways of the Force alongside her fellow Jedi younglings for the following 11 years. With guidance from the lightsaber professor droid, Huyang, she skillfully constructed her own green lightsaber. In 22 BBY, at the age of 14, Ahsoka was honored with the title of Padawan. She was then entrusted to Anakin Skywalker's tutelage, during the momentous Battle of Christophsis depicted in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars film. Despite Anakin's initial objections, Yoda deliberately paired them together, hoping that Ahsoka's presence as a Padawan would aid Anakin in overcoming his reluctance to detach from others.

Throughout their journey in The Clone Wars, Ahsoka and Anakin shared valuable insights with each other. However, Ahsoka faced a tragic betrayal by the Jedi Order and was unjustly accused of bombing the Jedi Temple. Struggling with isolation and rejection, Ahsoka sought refuge on Level 1313 of Coruscant in hopes of vindicating herself. Although she succeeded and received a pardon from the Jedi, their apology failed to heal the deep wounds inflicted upon her. In 19 BBY, Ahsoka made the difficult decision to part ways with the Jedi Order, unknowingly thwarting Yoda's plan to assist Anakin in overcoming his emotional attachments.

Shortly after leaving the Jedi Order, Ahsoka was given the task of assisting Bo-Katan Kryze in the pursuit and apprehension of Maul on Mandalore. Working alongside the 332nd company, she effectively apprehended Maul aboard the Venator-class Star Destroyer Tribunal. However, tragedy struck with the implementation of Palpatine's Order 66. Thanks to Ahsoka's training under Anakin, she managed to survive the encounter with Captain Rex and the 332nd, ultimately succeeding in removing Rex's inhibitor chip. Ahsoka and Rex found themselves compelled to confront and battle numerous clones with whom they had fought side-by-side in The Clone Wars. In the aftermath, the Tribunal crashed, leading to Ahsoka being presumed dead.

After living a peaceful life for a year, Ahsoka decided to adopt the name "Ashla" to remain incognito and evade the Empire's detection. Despite her efforts to conceal her Force abilities, a local farmer eventually reported her as an undercover Jedi to the Empire. An unidentified Inquisitor was dispatched to confront Ahsoka, but she cleverly exploited his lack of experience and swiftly defeated him. This incident prompted her to accept Bail Organa's invitation to join the early stages of what would later become the Rebel Alliance.

15 years later, when Ahsoka was approximately 33 years old, she emerged as a fully-established rebel, actively engaging in rebellious activities. Ahsoka swiftly formed a connection with the Ghost crew in Star Wars Rebels and collaborated with them on various occasions to undermine the dominant Empire. In their quest to locate a Sith Temple on Malachor, Ahsoka found herself confronting her former Master, now transformed into the menacing Sith Lord Darth Vader. Similar to Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka initially clung to the belief that Anakin still resided within Vader. Ahsoka's life was saved in 3 BBY thanks to the intervention of Ezra Bridger. In 1 BBY, Bridger ventured into the mystical realm of the Force known as the World Between Worlds, where time travel was feasible in the Star Wars universe. By accessing this realm, Bridger managed to rescue Ahsoka from her intense duel with Vader in 3 BBY, subsequently returning her to the Star Wars timeline at Malachor. Therefore, although two years had elapsed in the Rebel Alliance's ongoing struggle against the Empire, Ahsoka remained only 35 years old. Before departing from the World Between Worlds, Bridger instructed her to seek him out upon her return.

9 ABY – 11 ABY

After her time on Malachor, Ahsoka ventured back into the Worlds Between Worlds, embarking on a profound spiritual journey that muddled her timeline. Eventually, she found herself back in the Star Wars universe during season 2 of The Mandalorian, encountering Din Djarin and Grogu on Corvus. Ahsoka had become aware of Bridger's disappearance alongside Thrawn and was tirelessly searching for their whereabouts. Despite the Mandalorian series constantly altering its timeline, it can be deduced that sometime between 9 ABY and 11 ABY, Din Djarin attempted to persuade Ahsoka to train Grogu. However, Ahsoka vehemently declined, having witnessed through Anakin the detrimental effects that Jedi training could have on a conflicted soul.

After parting ways with Din Djarin, Ahsoka resumes her quest to find Grand Admiral Thrawn and Ezra Bridger. Although the exact timeline of the Ahsoka series has not been officially confirmed, it takes place after The Book of Boba Fett, placing it somewhere between 9-12 ABY. Ahsoka's experiences as a Jedi, rebel, and time traveler have prepared her for the ultimate confrontation with Thrawn.
