Aaron, who is 40 years old, mentioned that each episode brings unexpected surprises. One moment, everyone gets along well, and in the next episode, there could be tension between certain members. It's like riding a roller-coaster, he added. This is real life for us. Today we may be on good terms, but tomorrow something could change.
Aaron described the dynamics among the cast as not just entertaining, but also organic. He emphasized that the show reflects real-life issues and situations on the island.
Grand Cayman Cast Addresses Onscreen Division From Elizabeth Chambers
In the first few episodes of the show Grand Cayman: Secrets in Paradise, there was a divide when it came to talking about Elizabeth's ex-husband, Armie Hammer. Elizabeth focused on her career highlights, but the rest of the cast was questioned about the high-profile split. Things escalated when Armie's first interview addressing accusations of rape, mutilation, and cannibalism aired while the cameras were rolling.
Trevor, 34, shared with Us that they didn't have much information at the start. When the news broke, he felt unsure about what to make of it. He mentioned that when he lacks all the details, he prefers to avoid making comments initially. However, being on the show, they had to express their opinions.
Cass, 32, and Craig, also 32, suggested during their joint interview with Us that based on the trailer, the relationship between the cast and Elizabeth remains unchanged throughout the season.
Craig teased, "You'll have to watch the show to see. It's not a good start for sure. [Elizabeth] has a long way to go [with the cast]. Maybe [in] season 15."
So far, viewers have only seen Elizabeth sharing the screen with Cass and her friend Julian.

Julian shared with Us that there was some pressure in the group, especially because of his close friendship with Elizabeth and the evolving dynamics within the group. He felt a responsibility to ensure everyone was getting along, but it proved to be quite challenging, as viewers will see.
He also mentioned that it can be tough when you're trying to help someone who may not necessarily want it, and that was a valuable lesson for him.
Selita, 41, was proud of her choice to stay true to herself. She didn't want to get involved in any drama and didn't have a personal relationship with Elizabeth to comment on the situation. Selita mentioned that she had plenty of other things keeping her busy.
Chelsea, on the other hand, was disappointed that Elizabeth didn't join the group for outings.

Chelsea highlighted the importance of respect in this small community. She emphasized the significance of respecting the people, culture, and the island itself.
In another part of the show, Courtney, 34, revealed that Elizabeth had accused her of being one of Armie's mistresses through a fake Instagram account. Courtney denied the allegations on the show, while Elizabeth stated in a trailer clip that she was not responsible for the fake accounts.
"We weren't bothered when Elizabeth didn't film with us," Courtney mentioned to Us. "My main aim was to have a conversation. I approached it with empathy."
Courtney suggested that she couldn't resolve her issues with Elizabeth when they met in person, stating, "There's a limit to what you can do. If the other person doesn't take responsibility, it's hard to expect progress."
Victoria, 30, shared with Us about her upcoming discussion with Elizabeth, which seemed tense. She mentioned hearing rumors about herself and expressed her discomfort with people talking about her without knowing her. The interaction with Elizabeth is expected to be dramatic, as hinted in the teaser. Victoria believes that true colors will be revealed, showing more of the tension between them.

Dillon, 45, and Teri did not take sides like some other cast members. They preferred not to form opinions based on other people's experiences.
In an interview with Us, Dillon shared, "You can tell from the show that there is a clear divide, especially among those who are against Elizabeth. However, we are staying neutral for now because we don't have enough information. We haven't spent much time together to develop any negative feelings towards Elizabeth. But whenever she was around during filming or at events, we could feel the tension in the air."
Teri mentioned that the same rule applied when Armie was brought up. She said, “I think it’s a private matter and it really doesn’t involve us. It’s not our business to comment on it, so we didn’t want to get too involved in that conversation. We didn’t feel like commenting or getting involved in that situation.”
Despite the obvious tension on screen, Elizabeth shared with Us that she gained a lot of knowledge while filming Grand Cayman: Secrets in Paradise.

This show is not a reflection of my reality. My daily life consists of flying in and out to work on my other show with my kids. Participating in this show was enjoyable. The key lesson I took away from it is to always stay true to yourself and avoid saying or doing things that you may regret. It is important to know yourself, set boundaries, and remain authentic throughout the process.
You can catch Grand Cayman: Secrets in Paradise on Freeform on Tuesdays at 9:30 p.m. ET, and it is also available for streaming on Hulu the following day.
