Armie Hammer and his estranged wife, Elizabeth Chambers, have officially settled their divorce after three years of separation. The couple, aged 36 and 40 respectively, came to an agreement on Tuesday, June 20, regarding the division of their property as well as child and spousal support. This information has been confirmed through documents obtained by Us.

The couple has reached a written agreement concerning their property, marriage or domestic partnership rights, and support, which has been presented to the court. Additionally, they are seeking approval of the agreement from the court. Finalization of the divorce will require the documents to be signed by a judge.

Following a decade of marriage, the Call Me By Your Name actor and the TV personality ended their relationship in July 2020. They have two children together, an 8-year-old daughter named Harper and a 6-year-old son named Ford.

Hammer faced further controversy in 2021 when he was accused of sexual assault by multiple women. One of the allegations involved a woman claiming he raped her in 2017. However, last month, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office announced that they would not be pursuing the sexual assault charges after conducting a two-year investigation.

According to Tiffiny Blacknell, Director of Communications for DA George Gascon, sexual assault cases are often challenging to prove. As a result, the most experienced prosecutors are assigned to review these cases. In the specific case mentioned, the prosecutors conducted a comprehensive review but concluded that there is currently insufficient evidence to charge Mr. Hammer with a crime. Blacknell emphasized that as prosecutors, they have an ethical responsibility to only charge cases that can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. The statement further asserted that the DA's office adheres to this ethical responsibility, ensuring that charges are only issued when crimes can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

“We understand the difficulties women face when it comes to reporting instances of sexual assault,” the statement emphasized. “Even if we are unable to proceed with legal action, our victim service representatives will remain accessible to provide support to those who seek our assistance.”

In response to the announcement, Hammer expressed his appreciation for the Los Angeles District Attorney's comprehensive inquiry on social media. He reiterated his unwavering belief that no crime had taken place throughout this entire ordeal.

"I eagerly anticipate embarking on a challenging and extensive journey to rebuild my life now that my name has been vindicated," he expressed in his Instagram post.

As for Chambers, she initially spoke out about the allegations of abuse in February 2021. "I am taken aback, shattered, and overwhelmed," the former Criminal Minds star expressed in a statement during that period. "Setting aside my personal heartbreak, I am committed to listening, learning, and educating myself about these sensitive issues. I was unaware of the magnitude of my ignorance."

The founder of BIRD bakery later revealed to E! News in September 2022 that she and the Social Network star were in a strong and positive relationship, despite the allegations against Hammer.

"We have frequent conversations and are fully dedicated to our children and being together as much as possible, although not in a romantic sense. We firmly believe that children need both their mother and father, and we are willing to do whatever it takes," she explained.

Chambers stated that her former partner, who entered a rehabilitation center in May 2021 to address substance and sexual issues, remains dedicated to his personal growth.

"Armie has been actively working on his own healing," she expressed. "There's a concept known as the oxygen mask theory: you can't effectively take care of someone else until you have taken care of yourself. It's like on an airplane when they instruct you to secure your own mask before assisting others. He has been fully engaged in securing his own well-being. I have also taken care of myself, and our children's well-being is ensured. Right now, our focus has primarily been on them and ensuring their protection."

She emphasized that the priority was for him to become the best father and person he can be. Their constant communication focuses solely on his role as a dad to their children. While he deals with his personal issues, Chambers acknowledges and supports the alleged victims, standing in solidarity with them as a feminist. She also expressed that her own life has been incredibly difficult for a significant period of time.
