Elise Humphries, a friend of Kim Zolciak-Biermann, is addressing the recent accusation made by Kroy Biermann regarding the alleged "kidnapping" of their son. Humphries took to her Instagram Story to set the record straight, stating that there was no kidnapping involved. She explained that she simply took KJ, who is a close friend of her daughter Alanna, to the Blairsville annual rodeo, an event he was incredibly excited about. Humphries emphasized that Kim, who is not only a wonderful mother but also a great friend, had given her permission and had even brought KJ to meet her and the two best friends, one of whom is Humphries' daughter.

Zolciak-Biermann and her soon-to-be ex-husband, who have four children together - Kroy Jr., 11, Kash, 10, and twins Kane and Kaia, 9 - officially filed for divorce in May. Amidst their contentious separation, Biermann, 37, who adopted Zolciak-Biermann's older daughters, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, after their wedding in 2011, called 911 on June 16. He alleged that he would be pressing kidnapping charges because his son went to the rodeo without his permission, according to a police report obtained by Us on June 27. In one of the five 911 calls made by the estranged couple on June 16, Zolciak-Biermann, 45, explained her difficulties with Biermann and mentioned that she had given her friend "Elise" permission to take her son to the rodeo.

In Humphries' Instagram Story, she claimed that KJ's father, Kroy, is attempting to exert complete control and gain full custody and child support. She accused him of falsely accusing her of kidnapping KJ in order to portray himself as the parent who spends time with the children. She criticized the former Atlanta Falcons player's accusations, labeling them as defamatory and slanderous.

Humphries argued that Zolciak-Biermann did not misuse 911 and expressed her fear of getting arrested for taking her son to the rodeo.

Zolciak-Biermann has been locked in a messy court battle with the athlete since their separation on April 30.
