Starr caused surprise recently when speculations surfaced suggesting an inappropriate relationship between him and Baumgartner, aged 49, while the real estate developer was leasing a property on the estranged couple's Santa Barbara, California, estate. According to The Sun's report on Monday, June 19, it was alleged that the handbag designer frequently spent time with Starr after he moved in next door.

When questioned about the alleged affair on Wednesday, Starr vehemently denied the rumors, stating that they were "absolutely not" true. He emphasized that he was simply a tenant who fulfilled his rent obligations.

The previous occupant, who vacated in March even though they had a rental agreement until June, claimed that they decided to leave early because they felt the need to move on.

Starr then referred to Costner, who is 68 years old, as "a truly kind person" and emphasized that they had "no issues with him at all." When pressed for more information, Starr reiterated that they and Baumgartner had absolutely no romantic involvement.

"I was simply a tenant, having a landlord-tenant relationship with the former couple. That's all," he claimed, emphasizing that he strives to maintain friendliness towards everyone but currently does not have a personal relationship with Costner.

Starr ultimately expressed his desire for peace and harmony for all parties involved.

In her divorce filing, the former model disclosed that she and Costner had separated on April 11. She also mentioned that both parties are seeking joint physical and legal custody of their three children: Cayden, 16, Logan, 14, and Grace, 12.

Costner believes that since Christine initiated the split, she should adhere to the terms of their prenuptial agreement, which specifies that she had 30 days to vacate the property after filing for divorce.

Baumgartner, on the other hand, argued that Costner did not have the legal authority to evict her and their three children from their long-time family home. Costner, however, denied the accusation of "kicking" his children out in court documents obtained by Us on June 22. He clarified that he was only asking for Baumgartner to vacate his separate property home and find alternative living arrangements.

Baumgartner, who is originally from California, has now alleged that Costner is resorting to public attacks in order to pressure her into moving out without a temporary child support agreement in place. In court documents obtained by Us on Wednesday, she stated that she is unable to leave the California residence due to a lack of sufficient funds to secure housing. She claimed to have no personal income.

Baumgartner has filed court documents requesting a monthly support of $248,000, as revealed in court docs obtained by Us on Thursday, June 22. In these documents, she stated that the Oscar winner earns an estimated monthly income of $1,537,000 from his multiple roles as an actor and director, resulting in an impressive annual salary of almost $20 million.
