After his divorce from Britney Spears, Sam Asghari underwent a significant transformation, shedding 35 to 40 pounds and experiencing a spiritual and energy shift in his life.
“Sometimes, when you are in a situation where you can't necessarily focus on yourself, it can be difficult for you to notice changes in your physique while everyone else does,” Asghari added, seemingly referencing his past marriage. He continued to say that his new physique, including a well-defined six-pack often displayed on social media, is not necessarily a "revenge body," but has allowed him to prioritize "self-love."
Asghari added that having more time to focus on herself is a valuable opportunity. Spears and Asghari were married in June 2022 following five years together. In August, it was confirmed that Asghari had filed for divorce after 14 months of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.
“After being together for 6 years, Hesam and I have decided to go our separate ways. It's a long time to spend with someone, and I must admit, I'm a little surprised by it all. However, I don't feel the need to explain the reasons behind our decision because, honestly, it's nobody's business! I couldn't bear the pain any longer, and I've been touched by the heartfelt messages from friends. Thank you all for your support!”

According to a source who spoke to Us in June, Spears and Asghari were going through some challenges in their relationship before their split. However, it was emphasized that their love for each other was undeniable.

Spears wrote her memoir, The Woman in Me, before she and Asghari broke up, and she referred to him as a "gift from God" in the book, which was released in October.
