Britney Spears has expressed her interest in having more children with her current husband Sam Asghari. She already has two children, sons Sean Preston and Jayden, with her ex-husband Kevin Federline whom she was married to from 2004 to 2007.
The songwriter has had several relationships in the past, including with Adnan Ghalib, Jason Trawick, David Lucado, and Charlie Ebersol, before moving on to Asghari. The couple started dating in 2016, during the time of Spears’ 13-year conservatorship. Asghari proposed to her two months prior to the end of her conservatorship in November 2021, which the “Baby One More Time” singer excitedly announced on Instagram in September 2021.
In his social media post, Asghari used the titles “king” and “queen” to refer to himself and the dancer. A number of Spears' celebrity supporters, including Paris Hilton and Selma Blair, extended their congratulations to the couple. Hilton stated, "Congratulations love!! So happy for you! Welcome to the club!" while Blair said, "This is the most wonderful news. Of course. You are glowing and your fiancée did a beautiful ring. Congratulations!!!!!!!!"
Asghari, who married the pop icon “Toxic” singer in June 2022, has shared several glimpses of his affectionate relationship with Sean Preston and Jayden in the past, such as during a museum exhibit visit in December 2021. In a heartfelt Instagram post celebrating their birthdays in September 2020, the Mississippi native referred to Spears' sons as "little men."
"I can't believe how quickly time flies! You both have grown up so fast and are becoming such amazing individuals. Happy birthday to my two little devils who always keep me on my toes. I love you both to infinity and beyond!" Spears wrote in her Instagram post.
"I would love to have a baby. I think that would be cool. I'm not sure about a (wedding) ceremony. I don't know, we'll see. I just want to be happy. That's the whole point of being in a relationship, you know?" the singer shared in a 2020 Instagram post. "We're taking it day by day. We don't know what the future holds, but I'm so happy that he's here right now. He's been a huge blessing in my life and I'm just so grateful for him."

"After losing weight for my Maui trip, I was disappointed to see it all come back so quickly. My stomach was growing, and my husband joked that I was "food pregnant." Curious, I took a pregnancy test and discovered that I am indeed expecting a baby. Just a few days later, I noticed that my belly was even more pronounced - if there are two babies in there, I might lose my mind! It's especially challenging because I experienced perinatal depression during my previous pregnancy - a topic that wasn't discussed openly at the time. Thankfully, women are more willing to talk about it now, and I plan to combat any potential depression this time with daily yoga and a focus on spreading joy and love."
