Ex-couple Dolores Catania and Frank Catania maintain a strong bond filled with love, to the extent that Dolores expresses her desire for a wedding invitation.
"We will definitely attend," confirmed the 52-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star exclusively to us at BravoCon on Friday, November 3rd.
Frank, aged 58, made a recent announcement revealing his engagement to Brittany Mattessich, almost a year after they made their on-off relationship public. Dolores, who attended the three-day convention with her boyfriend Paulie Connell, expressed her excitement for Frank's happiness. She considers Frank to be a part of her family and wishes them the best in their journey together.
Paulie, 48, mentioned that he desires something more than just a wedding invitation. He humorously expressed his desire to be the groom's best man on the red carpet in Sin City.
Dolores and Frank were previously wed from 1994 to 1998 and have two children together, Gabby, 28, and Frankie, 25. Despite their divorce, they have managed to maintain a friendly co-parenting relationship, even going as far as living together. This harmonious dynamic between them initially caught Paulie by surprise, leading to some tension, before eventually finding common ground.

"It's a wonderful addition to have. It brings joy to the children and represents this phase of one's life, where finding tranquility is essential," Dolores expressed passionately to Us. "Simplicity should prevail. There is no need for conflict when there are much more significant matters in the world."
In December 2021, Us revealed that Dolores had discovered love with Paulie, a revelation that preceded their public debut as a couple by two months.
"I have no intention of including him on the show. Absolutely not. However, I am aware of the situation I have willingly entered into, and he plays such a significant role in my life. He is not someone I casually meet for dinner every now and then. He is more than just a friend, he has become an integral part of my life," she previously stated to Us in February. "I'm worried for him because this is a significant event for people."
Dolores expressed further thoughts at that time, saying, "You see, Paul is a highly successful electrical contractor within the city. He has achieved so much on his own, starting from when he arrived in this country alone in his twenties, leaving his entire family behind in Ireland. He has taken over so much here, becoming a remarkable success in one of the greatest places in the world. However, I must point out that despite all that, I'm uncertain if he is fully prepared for this."
Paulie made his debut on RHONJ during season 13, which was aired earlier this year. Ever since then, their romance has consistently intensified.
"We're doing exceptionally well, not just well, but exceptionally well," Paulie excitedly shared on Friday, hinting that the possibility of getting engaged is still a talking point.
