Dr. Nicole Martin, star of The Real Housewives of Miami, opened up about her emotions and well-being during her second pregnancy. On Thursday, November 2, Martin made an exciting announcement on social media. She revealed that she and her fiancé, Anthony Lopez, are expecting their second child. In addition to their son Greyson, who is 4 years old, the couple is eagerly welcoming this new addition to their family. The Bravo star shared that Greyson was “so excited” when he found out that he was going to be a big brother.
Martin shared that Greyson had expressed a strong desire for a baby sister, emphasizing his preference for a girl. According to Martin, Greyson's wish was fueled by the idea that he wouldn't have to share his toys with a sister. It's worth mentioning that Martin has been in a relationship with Lopez since 2015, and the couple joyfully welcomed their son Greyson in February 2019.
"Greyson, I love you more than I could have ever imagined! From the tip of your nose to the bottom of your feet, but most of all, those lips. Welcome to this world, my baby boy," Martin expressed through Instagram, accompanied by a photo of the newly born infant.
In December 2021, Lopez proposed to the anesthesiologist, marking two years since their initial encounter.
"Martin expressed her rationale for delaying her marriage to Lopez during a March 2022 episode of Real Housewives of Miami."
During the season 4 RHOM reunion episode, she expressed that her stance was never about being in favor or against marriage. The most important thing for her was simply to be happy, regardless of the circumstances. She emphasized that she was already happy before her partner proposed and that their relationship was strong. Even if he had never asked, she would have still chosen to stay with him and continue to be happy.
Martin, who is a board-certified anesthesiologist, joined RHOM in the recently aired season 4, which premiered in December 2021. In her first season, she stirred up some drama with her RHOM co-star Marysol Patton. Martin was accused of speaking ill about other women behind their backs.
Patton, 56, revealed that she had heard multiple instances of similar comments from different individuals, prompting her decision to address Martin on-camera regarding the rumors. Martin later referred to this confrontation as a "bullying attack." Nonetheless, Martin felt significantly more self-assured heading into season 5.
"In my first season, everything felt incredibly unfamiliar. I didn't have a strong rapport with many of the women, so the connection was lacking," she explained to Vulture in March. "Perhaps I was a bit distant, or it was challenging to act naturally with cameras and microphones constantly present. By the second season, the dynamics between us had evolved. There was definitely a level of comfort that allowed for more authenticity and less censorship."
