RHOM's Lisa Hochstein Opens Up About Her Controversial Divorce from Lenny Hochstein

Lisa Hochstein, star of The Real Housewives of Miami, is in a positive state despite going through a divorce from her ex-husband Lenny Hochstein, whom she describes as a "crazy person."
During an exclusive interview at BravoCon on November 4th, Lisa, aged 41, expressed gratitude for the support system she has around her. She mentioned having wonderful friends, a supportive family, and her amazing boyfriend, Jody Glidden. Without their presence, she admitted that she might have isolated herself and remained in a state of despair.
Lisa mentioned that she is currently facing a situation with a person she considers a bully, specifically referring to her estranged spouse, Lenny, who is 57 years old.
Lisa and Lenny tied the knot in October 2009 and have endured a range of challenges and successes while being in the public spotlight. In season 5 of RHOM, Lenny unintentionally disclosed his intention to part ways with Lisa, unaware that his statements were being captured on a hot microphone by Bravo.

Lisa confirmed that her and Lenny's divorce has not been finalized yet. She expressed her frustration about the unresolved issues, which consume a significant amount of her time and hinder her from moving on to a more fulfilling and healthier life.
In May 2022, Lenny officially filed for divorce, stating that he and Lisa had been considering ending their marriage for several years. He introduced his new girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, to the public during the same month.
Lenny expressed his efforts to avoid the divorce for the sake of their beloved children. However, they had been leading separate lives for months and ultimately made the decision to end their marriage the previous month. Lenny clarified that he began his relationship with Katharina after the decision to divorce was made, and that Lisa was aware of this beforehand.
Lisa has moved on with Jody, while Lenny proposed to Katharina in July. The couple, who were previously together, have two children - an 8-year-old son named Logan and a 4-year-old daughter named Elle. Lisa revealed to Us that it is challenging to protect their kids from the effects of their divorce.

"My daughter is only 4 years old, so she doesn't really grasp the situation. She has been dealing with this since she was 2," Lisa expressed. "On the other hand, Logan is now 8 and has been handling this since he was 6. He has a better understanding of it, which makes it a bit more challenging for him. We are both striving to support him in being the best version of himself."
In the midst of her divorce proceedings, Lisa, along with Jody, created a platform known as Splitwell. The aim of this platform is to alleviate the burdensome experiences that Lisa has endured over the past year and a half, by assisting women, men, and all individuals.
