Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Braunwyn Windham-Burke and ex-husband Sean Burke have both made accusations of abuse against each other. Shortly after these claims were filed, their 21-year-old daughter Rowan also filed for a protection order against her mother, a former reality TV personality.

Braunwyn was granted a temporary order of protection against Sean in Tennessee. The order was filed on January 25 for herself and her children - twins Caden and Curren, aged 10, and daughters Koa, aged 9, and Hazel, aged 5. In the court filing, Braunwyn detailed an incident that occurred on the day after Christmas. She stated that Sean allegedly grabbed her shoulders, slammed her against the outside of the garage, and continued to shake her until she was able to run to the car and leave quickly.

The Bravo star reported the incident to the police.

According to the documents, the 46-year-old also accused her ex-husband of punching her in the eye, destroying property, and stalking their kids at school.

Meanwhile, on the same day, Sean, aged 50, filed an order of protection against Braunwyn, listing their minor children. Sean accused her of verbal abuse in his filing, claiming that she threatened to disown and kick their kids out of the house. He also mentioned that she scared the children with false allegations of violence against him, destroyed his personal belongings when she moved out in December, and even went to his property without an invitation, where she told one of their daughters that she wished harm upon his girlfriend.

Just two days after her parents filed their petitions, Rowan made claims in her filing on January 27. She stated that her mother had "destroyed" her property, caused irreparable emotional harm, and physically abused her by hitting her with a ballet barre in 2020. Rowan also mentioned that Braunwyn had been abusive towards her father, hitting him and throwing objects at him.

Both Sean and Rowan’s petitions were denied for lack of cause pending a hearing. Rowan's court filing was dismissed on February 29. On the same day, she and her brother Jacob, 18, defended their dad on social media, describing him as the "kindest most amazing person" and accusing Braunwyn of being an "abuser, liar and manipulator."

Before the scheduled hearing on February 8, Braunwyn and Sean agreed to dismiss their order of protection and petition against each other. Court documents filed on February 1 revealed that the former couple will have equal parenting time on a two-week on, two-week off basis. They will also maintain no contact during pick-up times. Additionally, they agreed to continue individual therapy and provide proof of compliance to the court. They also agreed not to engage in any physical violence and not to speak negatively about each other in front of their children.

The Windham-Burke family's representative mentioned that they have decided to deal with the situation privately and will not be making any comments.

Braunwyn and Sean officially completed their divorce in November 2023, over a year after they ended their 23-year marriage. Along with their children Caden, Curren, Koa, Hazel, Rowan, and Jacob, the couple also has a 23-year-old daughter named Bella.

Braunwyn, who became sober in 2020 and came out as a lesbian about a year later, got engaged to Jennifer Spinner in July 2023 and they all moved from Southern California to Tennessee. Sean also moved with them and they lived together for a few months before Braunwyn and Jennifer decided to move out. "It was good for a while, but in the end, I had to be the one to leave," Windham-Burke told Us exclusively in February. "I had to ask my psychiatrist to write a letter to help me get off the lease and explain that it wasn't a healthy living situation."
