The following individuals are part of CBS: Bowie Jane, Mecole Hayes, Jag Bains, Cameron Hardin, Izzy Gleicher, Hisam Goueli, Jared Fields, America Lopez, Reilly Smedley, Felicia Cannon, Matt Klotz, Red Utley, Cory Wurtenberger, Cirie Fields, and Blue Kim.
Cameron Hardin was announced as America's Favorite Houseguest for Big Brother 25 during the live season finale on Thursday, November 9. After host Julie Chen Moonves revealed the results, a grateful and speechless Cameron, aged 34, expressed his gratitude, saying, "Thank you so much."
Apart from the prestige of being the nation's favorite houseguest, Cameron also walked away with a prize of $50,000. Placing ninth on Big Brother 25, Cameron faced eviction during the initial Double Eviction along with Jared Fields. However, they were both granted an opportunity to rejoin the game through the "Big Brother Zombies" twist. Cameron seized this second chance by winning two competitions, while Jared, aged 25, was eliminated from the game.
After re-entering the game, Cameron joined forces with Matt Klotz and Jag Bains to form the Fugitives alliance. However, their loyalty towards him was questionable, leading to Cameron's eviction just two weeks after making a triumphant comeback.
Despite being consistently targeted by the house throughout the season, Cameron proved himself as a formidable competitor. He won the Head of Household title three times and secured the Power of Veto twice. Additionally, he embraced the opportunity to disrupt the game whenever he held a position of power.
"Once you are perceived in a specific manner, every action you take afterwards serves as additional evidence for why people might say, 'Well, I truly cannot trust that individual,'" Cameron shared with Us, reflecting on his eviction and how he embraced his slightly villainous persona. "Everyone seemed to agree — 'Cameron has to be eliminated. He is a formidable competitor, he speaks well, and he has many things going on and plans in the works.'"
Introduced during Big Brother 7 in 2006, the America's Favorite Houseguest award has been a coveted recognition. Janelle Pierzina was the inaugural recipient of this esteemed prize, which originally carried a value of $25,000. However, for the latest season, Big Brother 23 in 2021, the award has been elevated in worth to an impressive $50,000.
Taylor Hale, a former beauty pageant titleholder, made history in September 2022 by becoming the first person to win both America's Favorite Houseguest and the game itself on Big Brother. In addition to her remarkable accomplishments, Taylor also became the first Black woman to achieve this feat. Reflecting on her success, the 28-year-old likened it to winning Ms. Congeniality all over again.
She expressed, "The fact that people responded to me so positively is truly astonishing. I never, even in my wildest dreams, would have anticipated that."
Alongside Taylor and Janelle, Cameron also became a member of America's Favorite Houseguests, along with Tiffany Mitchell, Tyler Crispen, and Britney Haynes on Thursday. Additionally, Jag was announced as the winner of Big Brother 25.
