How Big Brother’s Cameron Hardin Mastered the Art of Playing a Ruthlessly Strategic Game

Big Brother 25's Cameron Hardin reveals his strategic approach, emphasizing the importance of causing chaos and playing a cutthroat game to secure his position He admits to getting down and dirty, even bloody, in order to succeed

Cameron Hardin, a contestant on Big Brother 25, found pleasure in causing chaos during his time in the house. He believed that stirring things up was crucial to his strategy. Reflecting on the week of Izzy Gleicher's elimination, Cameron stated that the chaos was necessary. He admitted that he didn't see any other way to expose that side of the house than the way it happened. Cameron, 34, shared these insights exclusively with We on Friday, October 13, just one day after being eliminated from the CBS reality series. Izzy, 32, who was evicted from the game last month during one of Cameron's Head of Household reigns, resulted in discord in the house as the voting flipped against Izzy despite Felicia Cannon initially being the target.

"I had to fully immerse myself, getting down and dirty, covered in blood, and allowing everyone to play their own roles. The only strategy amidst the chaos was selectively sharing information with specific individuals at specific times, empowering them to do the talking," Cameron shared. "During that particular week, I secluded myself in the HoH room, watching as everyone else did the work, creating chaos while I observed from above."

Cameron embraced a somewhat villainous persona on the show, constantly being targeted by others. He faced eviction a total of five times and was unanimously voted out during the first half of the Double Eviction last month. However, he made a triumphant return to the game through the "BB Zombie" twist, defeating fellow evictee Jared Fields for a second chance at the coveted $750,000 prize.

After securing a second chance in the Big Brother house, Cameron wasted no time in demonstrating his dominance by winning the coveted Head of Household title. Fueled by ambition, he swiftly formed an alliance known as the Fugitives alongside Matt Klotz, 27, and Jag Bains, 25. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to Cameron, both Matt and Jag harbored ulterior motives, secretly conspiring to eliminate him from the competition the very next week.

Cameron Harding, the contestant from the show, expressed his frustration about how once people form a negative opinion of you, every subsequent action seems to reinforce their lack of trust. He recounted his struggles in finding long-term alliances, as everyone seemed to agree that he needed to be eliminated due to his competitive nature, eloquence, intelligence, and various projects he had in the works.

As a result of the Big Brother backdoor twist, Cameron became a victim by getting nominated after the Veto competition, leaving him without an opportunity to compete for his safety. Although Cameron and Cory Wurtenberger had a solid working relationship throughout the game, tensions arose during Cameron's final HoH reign. This occurred when Cameron started considering the idea of backdooring the 22-year-old Cory, feeling that Cory had grown too complacent in his position within the house.
