Pratt's Response to Directing 'Jurassic World 4'

CBR asked Pratt point-blank about directing 'Jurassic World 4,' and the actor's response was non-committal. "Hey, never say never," he said. "Maybe. Maybe I return. Maybe I don't. You'll just have to tune in to find out. I know I'll be first in line, whether I'm in it or not."

In February 2024, Gareth Edwards signed on to direct Jurassic World 4. His previous work includes the successful Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, as well as Monsters, Godzilla, and The Creator, making him a promising choice for the project.

Initially, Universal had hired David Leitch for the directing job. However, Leitch decided to step down in February, citing "a difference in vision" as the reason, as reported by the Hollywood Reporter.
