Highlights

Tears of the Kingdom players have been creating impressive vehicles, including an 18-wheeled bike, to navigate the game's vast maps.

The bike incorporates a stabilizer mechanism for maintaining wheel balance and facilitating a straightforward assembly. Nevertheless, it experiences challenges in maneuvering and is most suitable for spacious environments.

There is a limitation for players to combine a maximum of 21 objects simultaneously, thus making it impossible to construct a vehicle with 40 wheels.

A resourceful player of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom ingeniously combined a homemade motorcycle with 18 wheels. This amusing video showcases the extraordinary bike and is possibly the most remarkable creation in Tears of the Kingdom.

In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, players can explore three distinct maps: the floating islands, Hyrule, and the Depths. With a sprawling 60-hour adventure, it's only natural for players to utilize Link's newfound abilities to construct vehicles for easy navigation. Numerous online videos display inventive combinations of cars, planes, and boats, as well as unique vehicles like hovercrafts and air bikes. While most of these forms of transportation serve practical purposes, some players choose to create vehicles that are more visually striking than functional.

A Reddit user by the name of Oohslaghe shared an impressive video featuring a bike from Tears of the Kingdom. The video begins with a close-up shot of what seems to be Link riding a regular bike in Hyrule. As the camera pulls back and rotates, revealing a bird's eye view, the 18-wheeler bike is displayed in all its magnificence. Though the bike appears to defy logic, it becomes evident how amazing Link looks riding it as the camera zooms in on him.

While it may appear that the bike would tip over instantly, the real hero in this scenario is the stabilizer. In Tears of the Kingdom, a stabilizer is a Zonai device that stands upright upon activation and has the ability to lift other objects as it tilts upward. By attaching a stabilizer to each wheel, Oohslaghe was able to ensure that the bike remains upright, hence allowing for the inclusion of all 18 wheels. Completing the build is a steering stick affixed to the top of the stabilizer, making it a straightforward process. Additionally, it's worth noting that players attempting to recreate this bike should keep in mind that only 21 objects can be fused together simultaneously. Therefore, creating a 40-wheeler, for instance, is not feasible.

In terms of practicality in Tears of the Kingdom, Oohslaghe commented that the bike struggles with turning. Simply holding the control stick in one direction for a few seconds only results in a five-degree turn. As a result, the bike can only be effectively used in spacious, open areas, indicating that its design prioritizes visual appeal. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom can be played on the Nintendo Switch.
