Meri Brown becomes emotional when discussing her relocation to Utah in an exclusive clip from We's Sister Wives. She expresses concern that Kody Brown may not share the same sentiment.
Meri expressed her fear of how Robyn, aged 44, would react to her decision to relocate her clothing brand to Utah. However, Meri acknowledges that she is also mindful of Kody, aged 54, and his potential thoughts on the matter.
"I am aware that Kody will most likely not care," Meri revealed in the clip, which was recorded earlier this year. "I just don't want it to appear as I anticipate it will. I believe he will say, 'I told you so, she's the one who's leaving.'"

Meri detects Robyn's uncertainty about the relocation and shares with the cameras, "She knows exactly where Kody and I stand in our relationship. So she's questioning whether or not we should proceed."
While discussing the move, Meri acknowledges to Robyn that it brings her significant stress. However, she affirms that she is not completely distancing herself from the family. She reassures Robyn that she intends to have a residence in Arizona but will divide her time between Flagstaff and her late mother's bed and breakfast in Utah.
"I will have an address. I will be present at this location. I will sleep there. Additionally, I will also be present there," Meri promises, to which Robyn responds, "I just want you to be around. I always have."
Although Robyn supports Meri's decision, she raises concerns about the situation during a private interview. "Will she continue to gradually immerse herself in that place until she eventually fully embraces it?" Robyn questions the cameras.
Robyn's doubts about Meri eventually departing the polygamous family were proven valid. Following countless trials and tribulations, Meri and Kody issued a collective statement in January, affirming the conclusion of their romantic connection. (The former couple has a 28-year-old son named Leon.)
Robyn and Meri Brown, in a statement, announced the permanent termination of their marriage relationship after devoting over a decade to working on it in their own individual ways. Their utmost priority throughout this process is to treat each other with kindness and respect, as well as extend the same consideration to all members of their family. Furthermore, they are dedicated to fostering healing in every relationship within the family, allowing them to progress with forgiveness, grace, and love.
The pair legally wed in 1990, making Meri Kody’s first wife. Christine Brown and Janelle Brown spiritually married Kody in 1993 and 1994, respectively. Kody divorced Meri in 2014 to legally marry Robyn and adopt her three children from a prior relationship but stayed in a spiritual union with Meri.
