Bamitok Shrine Location

The Bamitok Shrine can be found within a cave at coordinates 3289, -3300, 0066, situated to the east of Lurelin Village. It's worth noting that the shrine is quite a distance away from the nearest skyview tower, which happens to be the Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower. However, if players have successfully completed the Kumamayn Shrine located on the sky island in the East Necluda Sky, this makes for the best fast travel point. From here, Link can easily jump off the easternmost island and glide down towards the Bamitok Shrine. On the surface of Hyrule, the closest shrine would be the Sifumim Shrine, located directly to the west of the Bamitok Shrine.

Link can find the Bamitok Shrine nestled within a cavern that lies adjacent to a serene body of water, at the base of a towering cliff to the north of Gama Cove. To reach the shrine, Link must take a plunge into the lake and venture through the cave's entrance. Upon emerging from the other side, he will stumble upon the revered Mount Dunsel Cave.

Head towards the left wall until a small opening covered in vines is reached. Cut through the vines and enter a small room where the Bubbulfrog resides. After defeating it, exit the room and return to the area with the Shock Likes. Players can either choose to defeat them or run past them to the right, being careful to avoid any electric projectiles as they can harm Link and make him drop his weapon. To proceed further into the cave, continue straight ahead.

Players will find themselves in the next room where a Brightcap will catch their attention, marking a ledge above. To proceed, they must jump down into the water below and make their way towards the land where a Stalkoblin awaits. It's important to defeat the Stalkoblin to proceed further. Along the way, players should also collect Bomb Flowers that are conveniently lined up on each wall.

Exploring Mount Dunsel Cave

For those who want to explore the cave thoroughly, retracing the steps back to the shrine's entrance is necessary. Once in the next room, swimmers can pause on the floating wooden platforms to regain Stamina. Climbing onto the leftmost wall, Link can spot a wooden chest floating in the water. He can use the Ultrahand to grab it and attach it to the wooden plank he passed earlier. By dragging the plank towards him, he can claim the Sapphire inside the chest.

To avoid being hit by the rocks thrown by the blue Horriblin above him, Link needs to be cautious and agile. Knocking him down with an arrow is an effective way to defeat him. However, after the battle, Link may encounter difficulties climbing up to the nearby ledge as the walls are wet and slippery, causing him to slip and fall into the water.

Using the Bomb Flowers collected earlier in the cave, players can blow a hole in the giant breakable wall on the other side of the water. This grants access to a small room that contains four mineral veins. By using Ascend, players can reach the top of the previously unreachable ledge and defeat the Horriblin that guards the exit from the cave, which is just a short distance away. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is now available on the Nintendo Switch.
