Madonna, the Queen of Pop, has captivated audiences in various eras with her iconic style and performances. Whether you became a fan during her fingerless gloves and crucifixes phase in the 1980s, her dominatrix alter ego in the 90s, or her Americana leather chaps and disco phase in the 2000s, there is something for everyone in her latest tour.
Known as "The Celebration Tour," this extraordinary world tour differs from previous tours as it is dedicated to showcasing Madonna's entire back catalog, rather than promoting a specific album. Notably, it also marks her return to the stage after her more intimate "Madame X Tour" was abruptly halted due to the global Covid-19 pandemic in early 2020.
Madonna, who initially faced a delay for her show "Celebration" due to a health scare, is going all out by recreating 17 costumes from her previous performances. In a similar fashion to Beyoncé's recent "Renaissance" tour, Madonna's show involves her family, with a video of her 11-year-old daughter, Estere, voguing to her 1990 hit "Vogue" already gaining viral attention.
During her first London performance, Madonna wore a black version of her iconic cone bra designed by Jean Paul Gaultier, a shimmering Versace jumpsuit that resembled broken glass, a lace bustier and belt adorned with chains, and a crystal headpiece resembling a halo.
