Madonna expressed gratitude for the support of her six children during her recent health scare and hospitalization. Taking to her Instagram, the Queen of Pop, aged 64, shared photos with her 26-year-old daughter Lourdes and 17-year-old son David, emphasizing that love from family and friends is the most effective medicine. She acknowledged that as a mother, it can be easy to be consumed by the needs of her children and the constant giving, but she was touched by how her children stepped up for her during her difficult time, revealing a side of them she had not seen before. Their support made a significant impact on her recovery.

After being hospitalized in June for a bacterial infection, Madonna expressed gratitude for the love and support of her friends. Her longtime manager, Guy Oseary, gifted her a Polaroid taken by the legendary artist Andy Warhol, featuring Keith Haring wearing a jacket with Michael Jackson's face on it. Madonna described this gift as a perfect triangle of brilliance and was deeply moved, realizing how fortunate she is to be alive and to have known these individuals, many of whom are no longer with us. She extended her thanks to her angels, who protected her and allowed her to continue pursuing her work.

Madonna was hospitalized in the ICU for several days in June due to a severe infection. However, she was discharged less than one week later and returned home. Despite her eagerness to return to work, Madonna is prioritizing her recovery and not rushing anything. She values her health above all else and is grateful for the support and love she has received. While it is still a work in progress, she is feeling more confident and better every day.

Madonna's six children, Lourdes, Rocco, David, Mercy, and twins Stella and Estere, form her support system. Her first child, Lourdes, was born in 1996 with ex Carlos Leon. Four years later, Rocco was born to Madonna and her ex-husband Guy Ritchie. Over the years, Madonna expanded her family through the adoption of David, Mercy, Stella, and Estere between 2008 and 2017.

On July 10, Madonna broke her silence on a health scare and expressed through Instagram that her children were her first thoughts upon waking up. In her statement, she mentioned her gratitude for her recovery and the blessings in her life.
