Madonna is currently recuperating after her recent stay in the ICU. According to an exclusive source, while she eagerly anticipates returning to work, she is prioritizing her recovery and will not rush anything. Her health remains her main focus.

The Queen of Pop, who is 64 years old, was admitted to the hospital on June 24 due to a severe bacterial infection, as stated by her longtime manager, Guy Oseary, on Instagram. Oseary also mentioned that Madonna's health condition required her to stay in the ICU for several days. On June 28, it was confirmed that the "Vogue" singer had been discharged from the critical care unit. Oseary further stated on Instagram that Madonna would be taking a break from all her commitments, including her Madonna: The Celebration Tour, which was originally planned to begin on July 15.

Despite the change in plans, the Grammy winner maintains a positive attitude. According to an insider, she is surrounded by an incredible support system and is grateful for all the love she has received. Although it is still a work in progress, she is feeling more confident and better every day.

In the midst of her hospitalization, Madonna has garnered support from numerous famous admirers. Isla Fisher, seemingly referring to herself and her husband Sacha Baron Cohen, commented on Oseary's post, expressing their love and support for Madonna.

In a recent TikTok video, Kathy Griffin defended Madonna against online trolls who were mocking her illness, stating that people shouldn't jump to conclusions and make fun of her without having all the facts.

The comedian expressed her belief that such remarks were rooted in ageism and misogyny. "Apologies, but as a 62-year-old woman, I confront these issues constantly — and she's none other than Madonna," stated Griffin, who disclosed her diagnosis of lung cancer in 2021. "Therefore, I am not concerned about her use of fillers; whether she retains them or not is her decision. Rather, I am focused on her well-being. I am elated that she is able to resume her tour, which features her greatest hits, and I trust that she will deliver an outstanding performance."

Madonna is backed by a strong and expansive family unit in addition to the online support she receives. She adopted her son David, 17, and daughter Mercy, 17, in 2006, followed by the adoption of twins Estere and Stella, 10, in 2017. Furthermore, Madonna has a daughter named Lourdes, 26, from her previous relationship with Carlos Leon, and a son named Rocco, 22, from her former marriage to Guy Ritchie, which ended in 2008.

Madonna provided a unique look into her life as a parent before her hospitalization, as she danced with David in a captivating TikTok video. In the clip posted on June 6, the mother and son showcased their synchronized moves to the infectious beats of Joe Arroyo's track "La rebellion."
