Kroy Biermann expressed gratitude to fans while his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, sold his belongings online. "I see You ALL! ️," Biermann, 38, wrote on his Instagram Story on Monday, December 18. This comes after Zolciak-Biermann, 45, put his designer luggage for sale on her @kimzbcloset Instagram account two days earlier.
"Louis Vuitton men's 6-piece set for $12,500, retailing for over $15,500. Only carried once and in excellent condition," Zolciak-Biermann captioned videos of the items on Saturday, December 16. In the video, she noted that Biermann only carried the set once "on the way to one of his football games."
Zolciak-Biermann began posting some of her and Biermann's items, including shoes, purses, and wigs, on Instagram for fans to purchase on Saturday. Her @kimzbcloset profile bio reads, "Shop all things from Kim's Closet. Send me a DM with the item you want and we will go from there. I appreciate your support."
Zolciak-Biermann sold two pairs of Biermann's shoes on her Instagram Story earlier this year - one with a dinosaur design from Dior and a black-and-white pair by Christian Louboutin. The former couple has been dealing with financial challenges since before their 11-year marriage ended in May. Although they briefly reconciled in July, Biermann filed for divorce in August, citing their marriage as "irretrievably broken" in court documents obtained by We.

In February, it was confirmed by Us that the couple's Georgia mansion was facing foreclosure and was scheduled to be auctioned off the following month. However, the auction was later called off by the law office of Brock & Scott, PLLC, although the reason for the cancellation was not disclosed.
The house was listed for sale in October for $6 million, double what Biermann and Zolciak-Biermann had paid for it in 2012. In the same month, the ex-couple was ordered to pay $230,000 to Simmons Bank for failing to respond to the bank's lawsuit, which was filed in July due to alleged missed monthly payments on a home loan.
Biermann, on the other hand, faced another lawsuit last month. According to court documents obtained by Us in November, the athlete was sued by J.P. Morgan Chase Bank for allegedly owing over $13,000 in credit card payments. Biermann’s divorce attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, also filed a lien against him earlier this month, claiming he owes her $801.01 in unpaid bills.

In addition to the financial issues, Biermann and Zolciak-Biermann have been directed to participate in divorce mediation and to attend a mediation session by January 31, 2024. A court order filed by Judge Shermela J. Williams on December 11 stated, "As there are numerous unresolved issues, based upon review of the record and applicable authority, the Court finds that the Parties’ interests and the orderly management of the Court’s docket would be served by referring the above-styled case to mediation. Both Parties must attend the mediation session."
