In a TikTok posted on Saturday, March 2, Cavallari, who is 37 years old, responded to the criticism by saying, "When they’re all up in arms that I’m dating a 24 year old. Andddd?"

In the video, Cavallari mouthed the words, "So what are you going to do about it? Are you going to arrest me? Are you going to give me a ticket?"

Cavallari and Estes, 24, were seen together in Mexico last month, leading to rumors about them dating. Confirming the speculation, the Laguna Beach alum made her relationship with Estes official on Instagram.

Cavallari expressed her happiness on Instagram on Tuesday, February 27, sharing a photo of Estes. He reposted the picture on his Instagram Story and included two red heart emojis.

Estes, along with friends Kaleb Campbell Winterburn and Kade Wilcox, danced to Jason Aldean's "She's Country" in a post on Friday, March 1. They lip synced to the song while Cavallari surprised them by appearing in denim jeans and a shirt that said, "This Ain't My First Coors Rodeo."

As the video ended, Estes playfully grabbed Cavallari from behind, capturing a sweet moment. The trio shared the post with the caption, "Brother she's country..."

Cavallari was married to Jay Cutler for seven years before they separated in 2020 and officially divorced two years later. They have three children together: sons Camden, 11, and Jaxon, 9, and daughter Saylor, 8.

After her breakup with Cutler, Cavallari dated comedian Jeff Dye in fall 2020 and was briefly rumored to be dating country singer Chase Rice in summer 2021.
