Kim Zolciak-Biermann had to call the police on her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann. He reportedly took her phone and locked himself in a room at their home in Georgia.
In a video from a police body camera released by TMZ on May 29, Zolciak-Biermann, 46, is shown speaking to officers from the Milton Police Department. The incident, according to the outlet, happened in late April.
Kim Zolciak-Biermann informed the police that her estranged spouse, Biermann, 38, is allowed in their home according to a court order. However, she expressed her frustration that he continues to go through her belongings despite being restricted to his designated area in the house.
Zolciak-Biermann highlighted that this is not the first time they have faced such issues, citing previous instances where the police had to intervene due to similar behavior from Biermann. She described the situation as absurd and expressed her exasperation at having to deal with his disruptive and inappropriate behavior on a daily basis. She mentioned instances of screaming, yelling, and him taking her belongings, stating that she has reached her limit and cannot tolerate it any longer.
Officers tried to talk to Biermann, but he wouldn't come out of the room and said he didn't have his estranged wife's phone.
The reality star mentioned that there was no physical altercation between her and the NFL player that evening. The outlet also stated that since Zolciak-Biermann couldn't provide a copy of the court order, authorities couldn't take action regarding the domestic incident.
The ongoing drama between the estranged spouses continues with the latest incident. Last February, we confirmed that the couple's Georgia mansion was in foreclosure, with an auction scheduled for the following month. Despite this, Zolciak-Biermann had denied any legal troubles in 2022.
Even though the auction was called off, Truist Bank sent more paperwork to the court in April. This was to urge the couple to speed up their repayment plan after missing payments on their mortgage and having difficulty selling their house, as per documents we saw.
Receiving a foreclosure notice doesn't automatically mean that the Don't Be Tardy stars and their family will immediately have to leave their home. However, it could indicate that Truist Bank is increasing their legal action to collect the unpaid debt.
During the foreclosure troubles, the marriage of Zolciak-Biermann and Biermann fell apart. They decided to get a divorce in May 2023 after being married for 11 years. Although they briefly reconciled, Biermann filed for divorce a second time in August of the same year.
The former couple have six children together. This includes Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 22, who are Zolciak-Biermann’s children from previous relationships that Biermann later adopted. They also have sons Kroy “KJ” Jr., 12, and Kash, 11, as well as twins Kaia and Kane, who are 10 years old.

The ongoing marital strife between Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann is a disheartening display of domestic disharmony. The police involvement, accusations of stolen property, and repeated incidents of disruptive behavior paint a grim picture of a relationship spiraling out of control. Zolciak-Biermann's frustration and exasperation are palpable, highlighting the emotional toll such behavior can take.
The financial woes surrounding their Georgia mansion add another layer of complexity to their situation. The foreclosure proceedings and missed mortgage payments indicate significant financial strain, which can undoubtedly exacerbate marital tensions. The fact that the couple has six children together, including two adopted from Zolciak-Biermann's previous relationships, raises concerns about the impact of this acrimonious divorce on their family's well-being. It is imperative for both parties to prioritize the children's interests and navigate this difficult time with sensitivity and compassion.
