Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann may lose their Atlanta mansion as they face difficulty finding a buyer. Truist Bank has set a deadline of May 3 for the couple to resolve their debt issues in court, based on court documents obtained on April 29.

The paperwork was filed on April 23 to urge Zolciak-Biermann, 45, and Biermann, 38, to speed up their repayment plan for Truist Bank. If they don't return to court by the end of the week, they could face foreclosure.

A foreclosure notice, however, doesn't mean that the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and her family will immediately be evicted from their Georgia home. It does indicate that Truist Bank is increasing their legal claim on the outstanding debt.

Zolciak-Biermann and Biermann faced house troubles in August 2022 when Truist Bank began foreclosing on their home due to missed mortgage payments.

In November 2022, Zolciak-Biermann made news by denying any financial problems with her husband Biermann and clarified that their property was not up for sale.

In February 2023, it was confirmed that Zolciak-Biermann’s family home was facing foreclosure, with an auction scheduled for the following month.

Although the auction was later canceled, Zolciak-Biermann and Biermann's marriage began to deteriorate. They officially filed for divorce in May 2023. Despite a brief reconciliation, the former NFL player filed for divorce a second time in August of the same year.

Biermann took action by requesting that his and Zolciak-Biermann’s home be sold before facing foreclosure in November 2023. He also asked for full custody of their four children: Kroy “KJ” Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 10. (Biermann is also the stepfather of Zolciak-Biermann’s two adult daughters, Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 22, from previous relationships.)

In October 2023, Us confirmed that their Georgia mansion was listed for sale amidst the ongoing divorce and custody battle between the couple.

Biermann and Zolciak-Biermann requested a restraining order against foreclosure in October 2023, expressing concerns that losing their home would negatively impact their family. However, Truist Bank opposed the request, citing the couple's failure to make their August 2023 probationary payment.

In January, Us confirmed that Truist Bank submitted new documents asserting their "right" to foreclose on the home of the estranged spouses.

The paperwork mentioned that Zolciak-Biermann and her ex-partner failed to pay their mortgage, so the bank plans to take back the house if they don't settle their debt. We have contacted Zolciak-Biermann and Biermann's representatives for their input.

Editor's P/S:

The financial struggles and impending foreclosure faced by Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann are a stark reminder of the challenges that can arise in high-profile marriages. Despite their seemingly glamorous lifestyle, the couple's inability to resolve their debt issues has put their luxurious mansion at risk. The court-imposed deadline of May 3 looms large, and their failure to address the situation could result in the loss of their family home.

The article highlights the complexities of their situation, including previous foreclosure attempts, denial of financial problems, and a pending divorce. The couple's request for a restraining order against foreclosure and Biermann's subsequent request for the sale of their home indicate their desperation to avoid losing their residence. However, Truist Bank's opposition to the restraining order and their assertion of their right to foreclose further complicates the matter. The outcome of this legal battle will not only impact the future of their home but also potentially their family dynamics and the well-being of their children.
