Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's Georgia mansion is safe from foreclosure for now. The bank lender, Truist, has agreed to hold off on foreclosing for the next 90 days. This gives the couple a chance to sell their home in Georgia before facing foreclosure.
Truist lawyers gave Zolciak and Biermann until May 3 to resolve their debt. If foreclosure begins, they won't have to leave immediately, but they must start paying back what they owe.
Zolciak and Biermann, who married in 2011, bought their Georgia home in 2012 for $880,000. The 15,700 sq. ft. house sits on 1.78 acres and boasts seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a heated pool, six-car garage, walk-in wine cellar, and a gym with a spa.
The couple brought up their children Kroy Jr., Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane in the house. They also have Brielle and Ariana from Zolciak's previous relationship. The family created many happy memories in the home, which were featured on their Bravo show, Don't Be Tardy.

A month later, it was reported that Zolciak had filed for divorce from her husband of 11 years. Despite a brief reconciliation, the split seems to be ongoing as Zolciak recently called the police on Biermann for allegedly taking her phone and locking himself in a room at their Georgia home.
Zolciak told police in a bodycam video obtained by TMZ that they have dealt with similar situations before. She expressed frustration, calling the situation absurd and stating that she deals with this kind of behavior on a daily basis. Zolciak described constant screaming, yelling, and her partner losing control, as well as taking her belongings. She emphasized that she has had enough of this behavior.
