Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian surprised not just their siblings, but also us, by confessing that they have never tried beer. In the latest episode of The Kardashians, which premiered on Thursday, September 28, Khloé, who is 39 years old, admitted to Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner that she rarely chooses to drink alcohol.
"I've never tried a typical beer," she mentioned during a candid moment. "Although I did have a beer in Jamaica, specifically a Red Stripe, and I absolutely enjoyed it. However, I've never had a Corona or any other American beer, assuming Corona is American. I honestly have no clue."
Upon being informed by the production team that Corona is actually of Mexican origin, she went on to astonish viewers with further inquiries about the beverage. "Don't you usually add a lemon to it?" she asked Kendall, 27, while expressing her thoughts on its flavor. "The beer isn't too bad."
Kim, 42, chimed in that she wasn’t familiar with beer either, adding, “I don’t think I will like it. … Oh, it is kind of sweet! I’ve never had a beer.”
Khloé Kardashian and Kim Kardashian, pictured above, have frequently captured attention with their noteworthy food moments. One such instance occurred during season 3 when Kris Jenner admitted her lack of knowledge regarding fast food prices. This was evident when she handed Khloé a substantial amount of cash, totaling several hundred dollars, to cover the expenses of a meal shared among their group at In-N-Out.
"I can't believe you've never been to a fast food restaurant. We don't need a lot of money," stated the co-founder of Good American in the June episode. "My mom gave me $100 for cheeseburgers. She even offered me $300, but I don't think she realizes how expensive fast food restaurants can be."
In a previous incident, Kim made a major mistake when ordering pasta in Italy. During season 2, which aired in October 2022, she asked a waiter, "What is tortellini? Maybe I'll try that. Do you have any options besides spaghetti, like penne or something? I'll go with penne."
Kendall faced criticism for her mishandling of a cucumber during the filming of the Hulu reality series. Reflecting on the incident during a press event in June 2022, one month after it gained attention, she acknowledged her confusion and openly sought guidance from a chef to improve her technique.
Kendall was genuinely upset by how the video went viral on social media, according to Khloé.
During an episode of the "Not Skinny But Not Fat" podcast, Khloé expressed her concern for Kendall, saying, "She's not happy about it. I feel for her. I mean, Kendall, you are the most stunning person in the world. Your unique toes are a blessing from God. But why can't you slice a cucumber? The world seems unfair when you're this flawless. Kendall seems to have the perfect life, but she struggles with something as simple as cutting a cucumber. I've invited her to stay with me for a week. It'll be an eye-opening experience for her. Oh my, she'll definitely shed some tears. But don't worry, I'll teach her."
During Thursday's episode, Kendall emphasized that she is unaffected by the conversation anymore. "Just so you know, I safely sliced that cucumber," she remarked. "For those who believe I can't handle cutting a cucumber, it's been proven wrong. Some people actually view it as an insult now, but do you think it bothers me? Because it doesn't. Why should I care?"
