Caitlyn Jenner expressed positive thoughts about Kim Kardashian in response to her recent remarks on an episode of The Kardashians.
In a video posted on The Kardashian Instagram account, a producer mentions that Kardashian, aged 42, seems like the type of person who takes action before one is fully prepared. Kardashian then acknowledges, "That's a valuable lesson my stepdad taught me."
Kardashian revealed that Jenner had told her something that deeply resonated with her.
On October 8th, Jenner reposted the video clip on her own account, expressing her pride in being Kardashian's stepfather. She reiterated her unwavering love and commitment, having made a promise to Kardashian's late father. Jenner concluded the heartfelt message by saying she is always proud of Kardashian and loves her immensely.
In June, Kim expressed her appreciation for Jenner and her deceased biological father, Robert Kardashian, on Father's Day. She shared multiple photos of her childhood with both of her dads on Instagram and wrote, "They are the best in their own way! I owe who I am today to both of you. Thank you and Happy Father's Day!"
After Jenner transitioned in 2015, her dynamic with ex-wife Kris Jenner and certain children and stepchildren experienced numerous fluctuations. In an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in April 2021, Kim and Khloé Kardashian candidly discussed their association with Caitlyn.
Kim explained that she occasionally talks to Caitlyn, who is always supportive and keeps in touch. However, due to her busy schedule, she doesn't have much time. Khloé, on the other hand, said she rarely speaks to Caitlyn, but there is no animosity between them. However, when it comes to her mother Kris, she is unsure if they can reconcile their relationship.

In October, the former Olympian publicly disclosed a sense of sadness regarding the breakdown in communication with Kris. This revelation comes after their marriage, which lasted from 1991 to 2014, and the two of them raising Kendall and Kylie Jenner together.
“There isn't much of a connection in terms of communication between my manager and her,” Caitlyn revealed during her appearance on the Wednesday, October 4 episode of U.K.'s This Morning. “As for Kris, we don't really stay in touch anymore. It's quite disheartening considering all that we have been through."
