Kathy Hilton Appears to Confirm Amicable Relationship with Lisa Rinna Following Heated ‘RHOBH’ Clash

It appeared that Kathy Hilton and Lisa Rinna would never reconcile after The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 reunion, with the two seemingly unable to see eye to eye. However, they may have finally patched things up.

During her appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on Wednesday, November 29th, a RHOBH fan asked Hilton, 64, if she had spoken to Rinna, 60, after their intense argument. "Actually, yes," Hilton responded. "I received a gorgeous, large bouquet of flowers and a lovely card from her. I called to express my gratitude and we ended up talking for about 20 minutes."

Andy Cohen, host of WWHL, inquired about whether there was now a "peace" between the two women.

“Absolutely,” responded Hilton. “She’s doing well and I’m very happy for her. We always had such a good time. … until we didn’t.”

She said, "Now more than ever, with all the challenges the world is facing, we need to stick together." The RHOBH season 12 reunion, which aired in October 2022, featured Hilton and Rinna clashing after a cast trip to Aspen.

Rinna made a startling declaration on the show, claiming that she felt like she had encountered the devil in the form of Kathy Hilton. She alleged that Hilton had made threats towards her sister Kyle Richards and other RHOBH stars. In response, Hilton labeled Rinna as the “biggest bully in Hollywood.”

Since then, Rinna has left her full-time role as a cast member on RHOBH, while Hilton chose not to return as a "friend" for the show's 13th season, which is currently airing.

Hilton left the possibility of returning to RHOBH open when asked, stating "If it made sense... if they asked me," during an appearance on the Today show on Wednesday, November 29. She added, "Never say never."

Hilton expressed that she thoroughly enjoyed her time on the show, despite the drama. "I really had a great time," she shared with hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager. "And you know, despite the unfortunate situation at the end."

Hilton became part of the RHOBH cast as a "friend" during the 2021 season 11 and made her final appearance in season 12. On Today, Hilton expressed that she had a great time with the girls, enjoying good food and quality time with her sister during the pandemic. She felt at ease and was able to be herself, whether wearing makeup or not, and overall found the experience very enjoyable.

Hilton expressed similar thoughts on WWHL Wednesday evening, telling Cohen that being on RHOBH was "quite an adventure" overall.
