Kathy Hilton surprised her daughter Paris Hilton by revealing her new tattoo during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on November 29. The 64-year-old is the half-sister of Kyle Richards, a star on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
During their conversation about Kathy's appearance on the 12th season of the Bravo reality series, host Andy Cohen brought up the fact that Richards, 54, and country star Morgan Wade had gotten tattoos together in the latest episode. Kathy then excitedly revealed that she had also gotten a tattoo, lifting up her ankle to show Cohen, 55.
"Wait, you got a tattoo too?" the host exclaimed. "I love it!"
Paris was equally shocked, saying, “What? You have a tattoo?” Kathy calmly replied, “Morgan, Kyle and I got a tattoo.”

"I don't have one either," Paris replied, before joking, "I would have been in big trouble if I had done that when I was a teenager."
When Cohen inquired about Kathy's absence from the RHOBH scene where Richards and Wade, 28, got tattoos, she clarified that they had them done separately at her house. Kathy also mentioned that their other sister, Kim Richards, was present but chose not to get a tattoo.
Viewers missed out on seeing Kathy's new tattoo, but the socialite shared that it showcases her favorite symbol, the four-leaf clover, which represents good luck.
Kathy made her appearance on season 11 of RHOBH as a "friend" of the Housewives, having made occasional guest appearances since season 1. Following conflicts with Kyle in season 12, Kathy confirmed she would not be coming back for season 13.
The sisters have clashed frequently over the years, but their tension reached a breaking point during a RHOBH cast trip to Aspen in season 12. Former cast member Lisa Rinna recalled an alleged rant by Kathy, describing it as a barrage of insults directed at the others. However, at BravoCon in October 2022, Kathy expressed that nothing can break her and Kyle’s bond despite the drama, emphasizing their love for each other and their unbreakable sisterly bond.

Kathy has recently shifted her focus to her Paris’ Peacock series, Paris in Love. In a sneak peek of the show’s second season, Paris pleasantly shocked her mother by introducing her son, Phoenix, who was born via surrogate in January. Kathy was moved to tears as she cradled her new grandson for the first time.
“This is the most extraordinary and thrilling experience in life,” she expressed to Paris in the video. “Your entire world is about to change.”
