Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, aged 54 and 51 respectively, joined forces in a charity poker and blackjack tournament held in Las Vegas. The event, known as the Eastern Congo Initiative Gaming Tournament, was cohosted by Lopez, Affleck, and Mark Scheinberg on Friday, November 17. The couple made a stunning appearance on the red carpet at Lavo, located within The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.

Lopez dazzled in a black sequined gown that showcased stylish cutouts accentuating her waist and side. She effortlessly accessorized her look with a black clutch and elegant diamond drop earrings. Meanwhile, Affleck exuded sophistication in a refined blue suit.

Recently commemorating their one-year anniversary, Lopez and Affleck radiated a deep affection for one another on the red carpet. Captured in a heartwarming moment, they were spotted gazing adoringly into each other's eyes amidst the photo frenzy.

The benefit, organized in collaboration with Tao Group Hospitality, generated funds for Affleck's Eastern Congo Initiative (ECI) which supports local organizations in Congo, addressing economic development, women's empowerment, food insecurity, and sustainability initiatives.

Lopez and Affleck extended invitations to a star-studded audience, comprising John Hamm and his wife Anna Osceola, Jimmy Kimmel, James Marsden, Tobey Maguire, Cara Delevingne, and Colton Underwood. Attendees were given the opportunity to participate in blackjack or poker games to raise funds for the ECI, while Casamigos served cocktails.

Lopez and Affleck recently attended a public event on Friday, marking their latest date night. The couple had gotten married in July, and according to a source, their first year of marriage has passed by quickly. The source also mentioned that their families have integrated well together since the wedding.

Lopez and Affleck reignited their romance from the 2000s, which had ended with a broken engagement, in May 2021. Affleck proposed again in April 2022, and they subsequently eloped the following July in Las Vegas, with only their children serving as witnesses. Lopez has 15-year-old twins Max and Emme from her previous marriage to Marc Anthony. On the other hand, Affleck co-parents his three children, Violet, 17, Seraphina, 14, and Samuel, 11, with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner. Following their wedding ceremony in August 2022 at Affleck's Georgia estate, Lopez and Affleck have continued to be deeply in love.

"Ben's desire is for me to fully grasp my worth and acknowledge my value," the Grammy recipient shared with Vogue in a recent interview. "I now experience a heightened sense of tranquility and confidence, which amplifies my inner beauty beyond anything I have previously experienced with another individual."

She proceeded to express, "I have finally reached a stage in my life where I wholeheartedly love each and every aspect of myself without hesitation. This includes every part of me - my physique, my voice, my decisions, and even the blunders I have made along the way. All of these elements have contributed to shaping the person I am today and have guided me to my present position."
