Jennie Garth is inviting her ex-husband Peter Facinelli to be a guest on her podcast "I Choose Me."
In an exclusive interview with We on Friday, May 17, Garth, 52, shared her plans to have a conversation with Facinelli about coparenting.
"We haven't had the chance to discuss this publicly before, so I'm looking forward to delving into that topic with him," Garth said. "I hope it will be a positive and productive conversation."
We are going to discuss coparenting today. It hasn't been easy for us, as we've had our share of challenges in trying to respect each other's parenting styles and viewpoints. I want us to have an open and honest conversation about the difficulties we face and how we can overcome disagreements.
Garth mentioned that she never imagined being able to have a civil discussion with Facinelli about their feelings.
Garth and Facinelli were married from 2001 to 2012. Since their divorce, they have focused on co-parenting their daughters Luca, 26, Lola, 21, and Fiona, 17.
Garth shared, "We are doing really well. He is very happy with his new baby. The girls are thrilled to have a new little brother. Our family dynamic has shifted to a new vibe of acceptance and gratitude for what we have built together."
The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum added: “[We] both have such respect for that and such pride in our girls. That’s really what keeps us all united.”

Facinelli moved on from Garth and is now engaged to Lily Anne Harrison. They welcomed their son Jack in 2022. On the other hand, Garth has been happily married to Dave Abrams since 2015.
Garth recently had Abrams, 42, as a guest on her iHeartRadio podcast where they discussed the highs and lows of their relationship.
During the podcast, Garth mentioned that Abrams is not shy about communicating. He enjoys talking and takes pride in their relationship journey. Despite being together for around 8 or 9 years (Garth is unsure of the exact number), they have experienced a lot together. They faced challenges head-on and now find themselves in a better place.
In addition to discussing relationships through “I Choose Me With Jennie Garth,” the actress will also reflect on her experiences in Hollywood, health and wellness, and other topics. The main goal of the podcast is to assist Garth in focusing on her personal growth.
Garth shared with Us that reaching the age of 50 brought about a significant change in perspective for her. She emphasized that at this age, priorities shift, concerns change, and everything takes on a new light. This milestone prompted her to intentionally look back on her past in order to move forward in a positive direction.
