When Jason Kelce's wife Kylie is not around, he appreciates any assistance he can get.

During the episode of his podcast "New Heights" on Wednesday, March 6, a listener inquired whether Kylie had put their son Wyatt in charge while she was away at Milan Fashion Week last month.

Jason and Kylie share daughters Wyatt, 4, Ellie, 2, and Bennett, 12 months.

The recently retired Jason retorted, “I mean, Wyatt’s always in charge, really.”

He continued, "You try to make her not be in charge. I try to discipline her. It’s just hard. It’s hard to reason with someone who has no reason."

Jason’s brother and cohost, Travis Kelce, praised his niece's assertive and practical approach.

Travis, 34, shared that Wyatt is one of his favorite people to people-watch. He enjoys watching her interact with Elliotte because it's so adorable.

When Jason asked Travis if Wyatt and Ellie's relationship reminded him of their own childhood, Travis laughed and said, "Definitely, 1000 percent." They are two years apart in age, just like Travis and his brother.

Jason clarified that he wasn't left alone with the girls while Kylie was away, mentioning that he only had them to himself for a few hours during the weekend.

He mentioned that Kylie's mom, Grandma, stayed over to help out. Jason gave a shout-out to Lisa, calling her a saint for assisting with the kids. He shared that he felt comfortable taking care of Ellie and Wy, but admitted that he struggled a bit more with the baby, as he didn't feel as confident in handling infants.

He also acknowledged the family's babysitter for going above and beyond by putting in extra hours to assist them during that challenging week.

Jason expressed gratitude for all the support, mentioning that there are times when he struggles to wake up, a trait that Travis jokingly referred to as "a Kelce family characteristic."

Jason confessed that there are times when he pretends to still be sleeping even after waking up. He admitted, "If I'm being honest."

However, Jason expressed his excitement that Kylie was able to take a short European vacation despite their busy schedules. He mentioned, "She rarely gets any time off from taking care of the girls."

Kylie looked stunning in a silver double-breasted suit with matching wide-legged pants and a white buttoned-up blouse as she sat front row next to Neiman Marcus exec Jodi Khan at the Alberta Ferretti show on February 21.

Travis couldn't help but gush about Kylie, saying, "I'll tell you what, Ky killed it. Absolutely killed it."
