Jack Black recently covered one of Britney Spears' iconic hit songs. He hopes that the pop star will ask him for more covers in the future.

Black, who is 54 years old, along with his bandmate Kyle Gass from Tenacious D, uploaded their cover of Spears' song "...Baby One More Time" on TikTok. The video has already been viewed over 47 million times since it was posted on Thursday, February 29th.

When asked if he would like to work with Spears in the future, Jack Black, 42, expressed his eagerness without hesitation. "I'm ready whenever you are," Black shared with Entertainment Tonight during the premiere of Kung Fu Panda 4 on Sunday, March 3. He added, "I'm just waiting for your call."

Black even said he was open to getting some choreography involved in the proceedings.

“I got kicks!” he exclaimed. “I don’t quite have Britney kicks, but you know, I got some moves.”

Black said he and Gass, 63, are “very proud” of their take on Spears’ 1999 pop classic, which came as the result of Black’s genuine fandom for the singer.

Black shared his cover of "...Baby One More Time" on Instagram, receiving praise from his celebrity friends. Tony Hawk suggested a cover album, and Juliette Lewis expressed how much she enjoyed the cover.

The actor is known for his impressive singing skills. Last year, he made his debut on the Billboard Hot 100 with the song "Peaches" from The Super Mario Bros. Movie. The song stayed on the chart for five weeks and reached No. 56.

In the popular animated movie released in April 2023, Black provided the voice for Bowser.

Black recently teamed up with the Foo Fighters during a performance in Auckland, New Zealand on January 20. He helped the band cover AC/DC's "Big Balls" on stage.

Black was in town filming the upcoming Minecraft movie, which is how he ended up joining frontman Dave Grohl and the rest of the group for the lively performance.

Decked out in a tie-dyed shirt and shorts, Black performed the lyrics: “I’ve got big balls / Yes, I’ve got big balls / And they’re such big balls / Dirty big balls / And he’s got big balls / And she’s got big balls / But we’ve got the biggest balls of them all.”

Following this, Black encouraged the huge crowd to join in a sing-along to the chorus of AC/DC’s bold song, which was part of the band’s iconic 1976 album Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap.
