On the episode released on Tuesday, March 5, Cavallari mentioned having a boy with her during her Cabo trip. She shared her excitement about sharing the story of how they came to be together in a separate episode. She expressed her happiness with him, as evident from her Instagram post.

Prior to this, Cavallari was married to former NFL star Jay Cutler for seven years. Their divorce was finalized in 2022. Together, they have three children: sons Camden (11) and Jaxon (9), and daughter Saylor (8).
