Drake, 37, revealed on the "Really Good" podcast that he has never felt the desire to get married, considering it to be an outdated concept. However, he believes that in the future, he may eventually tie the knot with someone who is not in the public eye. He explained that his current circumstances do not allow him to fulfill someone's expectations in a relationship.

When questioned about his feelings by podcast host Bobbi Althoff, Drake attributed his views to the stability that comes with being in a committed relationship, which he feels he lacks. He expressed that his career is his main focus and he wouldn't want to be unable to contribute as a partner. He further clarified that he has nothing against Amish people, but he felt the need to counter Althoff's accusation of him being a promiscuous person who isn't interested in settling down. (It's worth noting that Althoff, a TikTok influencer, is married with two children.)

The musician known for his hit song "Hotline Bling" has not tied the knot yet, but he has been romantically associated with several well-known women over the years. Some of the notable names include Rihanna, Serena Williams, Tyra Banks, Kat Dennings, and Jennifer Lopez. In December 2019, Drake openly acknowledged that it would require significant efforts to disrupt his current lifestyle and embrace a committed relationship.

"I have a deep passion for my personal space, my work, and following my routine. For someone to disrupt that, they would have to be an incredibly special individual who fits perfectly into the puzzle of my life and is fully supportive of my endeavors," he expressed during his appearance on Tidal's "Rap Radar" podcast. "They must have a refined taste in music and, most importantly, we must have such a strong connection that I find it difficult to function properly without their presence when we are apart."

He went on to share, "I have encountered this kind of person a few times before, but unfortunately, I have yet to maintain a lasting connection with them. Currently, I see myself as the captain of a ship with a multitude of people on board, moving forward with unwavering determination. That's how I need to continue for now. However, I hope to find someone who can stand beside me at the helm, providing guidance and keeping the journey alive, so I don't have to make stops due to their discomfort."

Drake had a short relationship with Sophie Brussaux in 2017, during which she gave birth to their son, Adonis, in October. According to a source, as of December 2020, the former couple is happily co-parenting Adonis, who is now 5 years old and a joyful child.
