Gwen Stacy's All-New Looks in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Fan Art will Leave You Stunned!

After the release of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse in theaters, fans have been speculating about the different versions of Spider-People that might appear in the sequel Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse. While much of the speculation revolves around different iterations of Peter Parker, Miles Morales, and Miguel O'Hara, there is also curiosity about the alternate versions of Gwen Stacy.

In most Spider-Man universes, Gwen Stacy is known as a friend and love interest of Peter Parker. She was first introduced in The Amazing Spider-Man #31 in 1965, and her character usually plays a role similar to Uncle Ben in Peter Parker's story - her death greatly influences his life. Throughout the years, Gwen has been killed in various ways by different villains. However, she was given a fresh start in 2015 with the release of Spider-Gwen. In this comic series, Peter Parker is the one who tragically dies, and Gwen Stacy becomes the one who is bitten by a radioactive spider, burdened with the guilt of her friend's death. This version of Gwen Stacy, known as Spider-Gwen, has captured the attention of Spider-Verse fans and sparked speculation about her different incarnations in the multiverse.

Gwen Stacy stands out as a unique character in many ways, and her suit is no exception. Unlike the traditional red, blue, and black attire, Gwen's suit is predominantly white, adorned with pink spider webs and light blue ballet shoes. What sets her apart even more is the hood she wears, creating a distinctive silhouette that distinguishes her from other Spider-People. A Reddit user, u/SeherAydoslu, went a step further and envisioned how Gwen's suit could appear under different circumstances. They created images that drew inspiration from Miles' and Miguel's Spider-Man suits.

Both re-imagined designs maintain Gwen's recognizable silhouette while incorporating elements from Miles and Miguel O'Hara's suits. The intention was to seamlessly blend the colors and features of Gwen's suit with those of Miles and Miguel. In both designs, it is clear to identify aspects unique to Miles, such as his spray paint-style spider logo, and Miguel, with his long bracers and narrow eyeholes.

Fans are curious about the various appearances of Spider-Gwen across different dimensions, which has led to the creation of this artwork. Spider-Gwen, being a newer character, hasn't had as many interpretations as Peter Parker or even Miles Morales, despite being introduced only four years after him. Although it is doubtful that fans will see a Spider-Gwen resembling Miguel O'Hara or Miles Morales in the movie Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, there will be new versions of Gwen Stacy for them to enjoy. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is currently being shown in theaters.
