How Across the Spider-Verse Could Set Up A Live-Action Miles Morales Movie
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse may be signaling the possibility of a live-action Miles Morales movie from Sony. In one of the recent trailers, the villain Spot briefly visits Sony's Spider-Man Universe, where Venom and other projects based on Peter Parker's villains also reside. During his visit, Spot has an encounter with Mrs. Chen, a character who appeared in both Venom and Venom: Let There Be Carnage. This encounter could be a hint that Sony is exploring the idea of expanding the Spider-Man Universe even further.
There is a possibility that Sony may consider introducing the animated version of Miles into the live-action world with Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse. It remains to be seen whether Shameik Moore would reprise his role or a younger actor would be cast to accurately depict Miles' age.
