Fuller House Cast's Shocking Reunion Sparks Debate with Controversial Creator

Controversial creator's reunion with Fuller House cast sparks speculation on Season 6's future Franklin's departure from the show adds intrigue to the question: Will Fuller House return for another season?

The Fuller House cast, including its controversial creator Jeff Franklin, is scheduled to reunite once again. Following a recent gathering of some Full House spin-off actors at '90s Con in Hartford, they are now preparing to come together for another public appearance. This news has sparked excitement among their fans. Candace Cameron-Bure, who portrays DJ in the series, disclosed that certain members of the Fuller House cast, along with Franklin, will be attending '90s Con in Tampa, Florida. See her Instagram post below for more details.

Will Fuller House Season 6 Ever Happen?

Cameron-Bure will be joined by a star-studded cast including Andrea Barber, Dave Coulier, Jodie Sweetin, Scott Weinger, and Franklin. It's worth noting that Franklin had been let go from Fuller House in 2018 and was subsequently replaced by Steve Baldikoski and Bryan Behar.

When it was first released in 2016, Fuller House smartly tapped into the nostalgia factor by revisiting the concept of its predecessor. Similar to Danny in Full House, DJ also experienced the unexpected loss of a spouse and took on the challenge of raising three young children. While it didn't receive overwhelming critical acclaim, Fuller House successfully captured the hearts of its loyal fans from the original series and even attracted new viewers. This is why, despite its cancellation, there are still devoted fans who are hopeful for the return of the Tanners in the proposed Fuller House season 6.

The idea of having a Fuller House season 6 has been discussed with the cast members, and most of them are enthusiastic about reprising their roles. Dave Coulier even believes it is what the late Bob Saget would want, as it would keep them close. However, not all of them are open to the possibility. John Stamos, in particular, has stated that he is done with the Full House franchise because he can't imagine doing it without Saget.

Currently, there are no solid plans for Fuller House season 6 or any other Full House spin-off. Many of the main cast members are occupied with their individual projects, making it challenging to recruit them for another series. However, their frequent time spent together suggests that they still enjoy each other's company, which could make it easier to convince them to bring the Tanners back to television.
