Explosive Details: Christine Baumgartner Receives Shocking Eviction Order - Deadline Set for July 31

Kevin Costner's estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, has received an order to vacate their shared residence by the end of this month. On July 5, Judge Thomas Anderele denied Baumgartner's appeal to remain on the property until August. Instead, the 49-year-old model has until July 31 to find a new home for herself and her three children - Cayden (16), Hayes (14), and Grace (13) - whom she co-parents with Costner (68).

During the hearing, the Yellowstone star expressed his discomfort in sharing a living space with Baumgartner while they are going through a divorce.

Costner emphasized that his property serves as both his home and workplace. He firmly believed that it would not be beneficial for their children if he and Christine continued to live together, considering the allegations and disagreements that have arisen between them. The situation has worsened since May, shortly after she filed for divorce. Costner also expressed concern about the potential allegations Baumgartner may make if they were to reside in the same place for an extended period of time.

Baumgartner has allegedly stayed in the residence since she initiated divorce proceedings in May, citing irreconcilable differences. Costner, who filed his own documents one day after Baumgartner, mentioned at the time that the couple had signed a prenuptial agreement which included a clause mandating her departure from the house within a month of their separation.

In retaliation, Baumgartner persists in asserting that she lacks the finances to relocate with their children. Meanwhile, Costner argues that Baumgartner's presence on their property hampers his ability to generate income.

“Christine’s insistence on remaining in his home has a significant impact on his ability to actively participate in his ongoing Horizon multi-film project. This project, currently in the post-production phase for the first two films out of the planned four, requires his presence at the Beach Club property where the editors are already stationed and working diligently. It is imperative that Christine be physically present as his absence further delays the completion of the Horizon I film.”

Costner contended that it would be mutually beneficial for Baumgartner to expeditiously relocate, stating, "Given that I am no longer involved in the television series Yellowstone, which served as my primary source of income in recent years, my financial future relies on the timely completion and release of Horizon films, commencing with Horizon I."

Last month, an informant provided Us with a recent update on the tumultuous divorce dispute between them, suggesting that the situation may deteriorate further.

According to the insider, Kevin has a straightforward stance on this matter. As Christine initiated the separation, she should adhere to the conditions outlined in their prenuptial agreement, which stipulates a 30-day period for her to vacate following the divorce filing. This could potentially result in a contentious legal battle, as Kevin is unwavering in his beliefs and resolute in his determination.

According to another source familiar with the matter, Baumgartner believes it would be best for Costner to vacate the premises. The source revealed that Christine strongly feels that Costner is responsible for the demise of their marriage due to prioritizing work over their family.
