Olivia Rodrigo has just released a new music video that will capture your attention.

The 21-year-old singer dropped the video for the popular song "Obsessed" on Thursday, March 21st, just hours before the deluxe edition of her second album, Guts (Spilled), was released. In the video, Rodrigo is seen attending a debutante ball filled with beauty pageant queens who have titles like “Miss Thought She Was The One,” “Miss Also Thought She Was The One,” “Miss Put Him in Therapy,” “Miss Summer Camp 8 Years Ago,” and “Miss On and Off Again.”

In a room full of white gowns, Rodrigo stands out in her black dress. She wears a sash that says "Miss Right Now" and her worried expression hints at thoughts about her future. This reflects the theme of obsession in the lyrics of the song, where Rodrigo constantly compares herself to her partner's previous lover.

The chorus of the song captures Rodrigo's feelings perfectly. She admits, "I’m so obsessed with your ex. I know she’s been asleep on my side of your bed, and I can feel it. I’m starin’ at her like I wanna get hurt. And I remember every detail you have ever told me, so be careful, baby."

"Obsessed" can be found on the deluxe edition of Rodrigo's Guts. Released on Friday, March 22, this new version also features three other "secret" tracks: "Scared of My Guitar," "Stranger," and "Girl I've Always Been." Additionally, Guts (Spilled) includes "So American," a song that was recorded after the original release of Guts, as reported by Billboard.

Rodrigo shared exciting news on Tuesday, March 20, about the upcoming deluxe edition release. She posted on Instagram, "5 new tunes for ya!!!!" along with a photo of herself holding a sign that said, "Guts Deluxe out Friday." Her backup singers also joined in, holding signs with the names of songs included in the expanded version.

In addition to the deluxe edition release, Rodrigo will be taking part in Record Store Day on April 20. She will be releasing a special colored 7” split with Noah Kahan, which was recorded during their time at the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge. The record will include Kahan's cover of Rodrigo's "Lacy" on one side, and Rodrigo's version of Kahan's breakout hit "Stick Season" on the other side.

Rodrigo is on her Guts World Tour right now. She will kick off April with a four-night show at Madison Square Garden. After that, she will head to Europe for the next leg of the tour and then back to the United States in July. The tour will wrap up at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles in mid-August.
