Throughout the year, Blizzard has been regularly offering exclusive loot drops through Prime Gaming for various games, including World of Warcraft. Among these rewards are several highly sought-after cosmetics that were originally part of the discontinued World of Warcraft Trading Card Game.

In September, WoW players with Amazon Prime subscriptions can now obtain the Tabard of Brilliance for free by simply clicking a button. This stylish silver and black tabard is a valuable addition to any World of Warcraft player's transmog collection. Even those without a Prime subscription can still claim this reward if they have access to a free trial of Amazon Prime.

Unlike other WoW Trading Card Game items, the Tabard of Brilliance was not obtained through a specific card code. Instead, it was acquired by redeeming UDE points from Upper Deck during the TCG era. Players could earn these points by redeeming codes found in each pack. However, the Tabard of Brilliance was quite expensive, costing a hefty 2000 UDE points. Prior to this promotion, obtaining it could cost players anywhere between $400 and $800 due to its limited availability. Occasionally, it would also be available on the Black Market Auction House in-game for Gold.

While some players are upset that the tabard, which they had previously spent a significant amount of money or in-game currency to acquire, is now available for free, the majority of players are thrilled about the opportunity to obtain the Tabard of Brilliance. Its unique colors make it an excellent choice for creating attractive character outfits, and keeping it exclusive solely due to the discontinued TCG (Trading Card Game) seems unnecessary. Many fans are hoping to see more unobtainable items from World of Warcraft being given away through Prime Gaming or Twitch Drops.

Currently, World of Warcraft does not have any ongoing Twitch Drop campaigns. However, it wouldn't be surprising if they announce one soon. Patch 10.1.7 is scheduled to be released on September 5th, and Patch 10.2 is likely to follow a month or two later. If players are fortunate, either of these updates could potentially include a Twitch Drop campaign.
