Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone's first season is set to launch on December 6, and Activision has unveiled a blog highlighting the new weapons and cosmetics that will be available to players through the battle pass. Season 1 introduces the BlackCell premium bundle, three new weapons, and a variety of unlockable cosmetics.

The standard battle pass is priced at 1,100 CoD Points, but players also have the option to purchase the BlackCell pass for $30, offering access to additional cosmetics and 20 battle pass skips (25 skips on PlayStation).

In the free tiers of the pass, the three weapons are unlocked just like in previous seasons. In Sector A4, players can unlock the XRK Stalker sniper rifle, a .50 cal rifle with the ability to eliminate opponents in one hit. The RAM-7 assault rifle is available in Sector A7, known for its lightweight and fast handling. Lastly, the Stormender Launcher is unlocked in Sector A12, designed to take down specific killstreaks and drones with its lock-on capabilities.

Additionally, a new aftermarket part is available in the pass for free. The JAK Purifier aftermarket part, an underbarrel flamethrower, can be unlocked in Sector A14 and is compatible with several weapons, including multiple assault rifles, battle rifles, and the Riveter shotgun.

When players purchase the standard battle pass or BlackCell, they will immediately unlock the Nolan operator skin as a bonus. Alongside Nolan, there are operator skins for existing Modern Warfare 3 operators. The Foliage skin for Jet can be found in Sector A2, while the Undaunted skin for Pathfinder unlocks in Sector A3, and the Refuge skin for Scorch can be found in Sector A11, among others.

The Season 1 pass also includes 20 weapon blueprints and a vehicle skin for the new off-road Coyote vehicle. Some of the weapon blueprints have a fiery red and charcoal design, such as the Sundering Flame blueprint for the AMR9 submachine gun in Sector A2 and the Heat Stroke blueprint for the Renetti handgun in Sector A10.

The battle pass map for Season 1 showcases a variety of exciting new content. In addition to the battle pass cosmetics, players can look forward to a selection of shop bundles for this season. Among these is the Dune bundle, which includes two different options.

The first is the operator bundle for Dune's Paul Atreides, which contains two weapon blueprints with Spice Tracers, the Crysknife melee weapon blueprint, a finishing move, and various other small cosmetic items. Additionally, there is an operator pack for Feyd-Rautha of House Harkonnen, featuring an operator skin paired with two tracer weapon blueprints, the Feyd's Blade melee weapon blueprint, a finishing move, and extra cosmetics.

The Boys fans have the opportunity to add two more Supes to their collection with the Season 1 operator bundles for A-Train and the new Supe, Firecracker. Each bundle will include their own tracer weapon bundles, unique finishing move, and more.

For those in search of a spooky holiday, there's an "Undead Santa" operator skin for Klaus, complete with two weapon blueprints featuring the "Horrifying Holiday" tracers. Additionally, it includes several other cosmetics and a bonus for Zombies mode, as the operator comes with three Brain Rot ammo mod acquisitions.

The upcoming season 1 for Modern Warfare 3 will feature exciting new multiplayer maps and an additional story act for the Zombies mode. Warzone's seasonal update will also include integration with MW3, introducing the new Urzikstan map and a special holiday LTM.
