Erika Jayne is discussing her current relationship with her fellow Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member, Dorit Kemsley, following her previous remarks about Dorit's marital struggles. At BravoCon last year, Erika was unaware of the personal issues Dorit was facing, and if she had known, she would not have made those comments. Erika emphasized that she has made efforts to address the situation, mend their friendship, and move forward.
Erika caused a stir in October 2022 by proclaiming that Dorit and her husband, Paul "PK" Kemsley, were on the verge of a breakup during a taping of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
Dorit swiftly responded to this comment on X (formerly known as Twitter). "Misery loves company. There's not much more to say," she wrote. "Our true friends, the ones who truly understand us, know the strength of our relationship."
PK, 56, also criticized Erika's comment and advised her to cease her thoughts. Erika subsequently clarified that she was joking and responded to Erika's questionable social media post by saying, "When did you become so easily offended? You know very well that I was only kidding..."
In the season 13 premiere of RHOBH, Dorit confronted Erika regarding her insinuation that she and PK were going through a separation at BravoCon 2022. Erika, on her part, offered an apology and admitted to providing a shady response to a shady question.

“To see you behave like that was deeply hurtful,” Dorit said. “What you said about PK and I was mean-spirited.”
Speculation surrounding Dorit and PK's marriage was addressed in a joint statement released by the couple in October, denying any rumors of separation. The pair, who got married in 2015 and have two children together, Jagger, 8, and Phoenix, 7, also clarified that PK has two older children from a previous relationship.
In their joint statement, they expressed their unwavering commitment to address these issues together as a united couple, solely for the well-being of their family. They emphasized that they have not separated and have no intentions of doing so. Instead, they are fully dedicated to the healing process, making necessary adjustments, and undertaking the steps that countless couples encounter throughout their marriage.
Furthermore, they kindly requested understanding from others, expressing gratitude for any support. They stressed their efforts to prioritize their family's best interests, rather than wasting precious time navigating false rumors and baseless speculation.
Dorit shared with Us exclusively at BravoCon that she and PK are optimistic and actively working on their marriage.
"We wanted to address the rumors immediately with a statement so that they wouldn't escalate further. We had already conveyed everything that needed to be said," Dorit explained. "The truth is, we are not separated, and divorce is not on the table for us."
