Erika Jayne is allowing Kyle Richards to share the details of her marital problems with Mauricio Umansky. In an interview with Billboard, Jayne, 51, stated that although Richards and Umansky have faced difficulties, they are not separating. Jayne believes it is important for Richards to share her own story throughout the current season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Earlier this month, it was confirmed that the 27-year marriage of Richards, 51, and Umansky, 53, has encountered some challenges. An exclusive source revealed that although they have been separated for some time, they are currently still living together in an amicable manner, as they navigate their next steps. In a joint statement on Instagram, Richards and the Buying Beverly Hills star, who have daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15 together, clarified their relationship status. (Richards also has a daughter, Farrah, 34, from her previous marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.)

Regarding the recent news circulating about us, we want to clarify that any reports of our divorce are false. Admittedly, we have faced several challenges throughout this year, making it the most difficult period in our marriage. Nevertheless, we genuinely love and greatly respect one another. We want to emphasize that no one is at fault here. Despite being in the public eye, we kindly request the opportunity to address our problems privately.

Mauricio Umansky and Kyle Richards have been seen together on various occasions. They spent time together on the Fourth of July and Richards even mentioned Umansky's recent gym selfie where he was shirtless.

"It must be the Ozempic," she jokingly commented on her estranged husband's Instagram post on Friday. Umansky responded, "@kylerichards18 it must be."

The couple has made the decision to address their problems. "They came close to ending their marriage," another source revealed in the most recent edition of Us. "However, after news of their separation broke, they decided to invest more effort into their relationship and rebuild their foundation."

While they work on their relationship, Jayne hopes the pair get the chance to explain everything themselves.

During her financial difficulties caused by her divorce from Tom Girardi, Jayne expressed her frustration with those who spoke about her situation without truly understanding it, as she recalled to Billboard. Jayne and Girardi ended their 21-year marriage in November 2020.

Jayne expressed her unwillingness to do the work for someone else, as they have already provided the necessary information. However, she assured that the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will shed light on her challenging experiences and allow her to share her side of the story. Bravo has not yet disclosed the broadcast date for season 13, which commenced filming earlier this year.
