"I don't keep count of my sexual partners anymore," quipped Erika Jayne during a recent Instagram Q&A session. The 51-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star added, "I stopped counting years ago. I've gained enough experience, but I'm still low on miles."

Jayne's personal life has recently been in the spotlight due to her spending time with attorney Jim Wilkes II, which sparked rumors of a romance between the two. However, her representative has clarified that Jim is not a romantic interest, but rather a lawyer and family friend of Jayne's for over two decades. Despite the speculation, a source close to the reality star has confirmed that they are just friends and not dating. Since her split from Tom Girardi, Jayne has kept her dating life private.

After 20 years of marriage, the reality TV star filed for divorce from her husband, Girardi, who is 84 years old. However, the split was overshadowed by a highly publicized legal scandal where the couple was accused of misappropriating settlement funds meant for the families of victims who perished in a 2018 plane crash. Throughout seasons 11 and 12 of RHOBH, Jayne defended her innocence. During the season 11 reunion special, which aired in 2021, she vehemently stated, "This is not who I am," and expressed hope that her husband had not committed the alleged actions.

She acknowledged that the actions of Tom Girardi, whether they were right or wrong, are ultimately his responsibility. Girardi, who is in his 80s, is currently residing in a memory care facility and has had his legal license revoked due to his battle with Alzheimer's and dementia. He is now under the care of his brother, Rob Girardi, in a permanent conservatorship.

Despite the challenges in her personal life, Jayne remains determined to pursue her career. She has excitedly shared about her upcoming Las Vegas shows, which will allow her to focus on her passion and showcase her talent. In the midst of her ex-husband's legal troubles, Jayne has remained resilient and committed to achieving her goals.
